Girl the waking up part after surgery.....I totally get it. I didn't cry but I said "Thank you God for waking me up" 1000 times. ❤ I'm so happy everything went well ❤ God is good!
Aww babes ! The nurse told my sister the first thing I said I’m alive ? Thank you father God and the crying started 🤣😂 i don’t remember but God is good ! And it definitely sounds like me 🥲❤️

Had my surgery today and I woke up crying too, I was so overwhelmed with emotions and thankful to have woken up. I was praying to god to protect me and was very scared before I was sedated

I am having surgery in 5 weeks . it is something I have wanted for 10 years .when I booked it I was over the moon . now I am having really bad anxiety . freaking out as I am going abroad for them , wondering what if I don't wake up , what if this , what if that . what if it goes wrong . how do I get out this way of thinking and is this normal .

I saw your intro when you mention how cumbersome bras are and I totally identified with you. Sure there are creative tricks, bras and tape but the idea of not having to wear a bra AND wearing whatever you want?! Congrats to you. I would love to know that kind of freedom. 👏🏽

WHEW! The post op took a lot out of you. I was concerned when you kept rolling your eyes back up in your head, constantly rubbing them like they were tearing or irritated and the breathlessness you were experiencing. But you came through like a champ and I’m happy for you. I understand your emotionalism at just being grateful for the way you look now and just making it through surgery. Thank you for documenting your journey to help any other women who maybe considering this type of procedure.
It really did ! It wasn’t like pain or anything but just little things 😂 breathlessness is normal by week 2 it was gone . I think it was the meds that had me rolling my eyes back. By the 3rd day I was feeling better. And I’m always emotional and this was something major for me so the anesthesia just set it off 🥲

I honestly was always against getting plastic surgery or at least I never wanted to go through it because I honestly am terrified. As a med student I know what happens during surgery and how any surgery small or big can go south within seconds. I chose to go to the gym lose weight naturally but that doesn’t solve my issue which currently is that my right breast has grown A LOT more than my left. It’s became a major insecurity now for me and I accepted having little B cups and never found the desire to ever change them or fix them until now …
I am truly conflicted. My fiancé is supportive of whatever I decide to do. Having one bigger than the other does make me feel insecure and it does mess with me being able to wear bras perfectly or comfortably since one fits and the other is loose with no support and a bunch of space.
Watching these raw videos though does give me some sort of comfort and in a way allows me to know what I need to prepare for if I decide to go through with this I’m so glad you are doing well and recovered. 🤍

Yeah, you did great with the meds! I did not take any of those controlled substances that were prescribed to me. I took regular Tylenol and the muscle relaxers when I had my total hysterectomy 3 months ago. You are fully on the mends, and I’m so glad that everything went well for you.❤

Girl u are so perfect and naturally pretty and the body is banging. U don’t need it! But it’s what makes u happy at the end of the day. I just had to tell u that because I had something done to remove bags under my eyes and i didn’t like the outcome. When I look at pics before the surgery, i regret doing it to this day. Wasn’t nothing wrong with me.

Wow! That’s crazy. I booked my surgery for 11/08 of this year, and I’m getting a lift with implants and lipo360 with a fat transfer to hips, and I randomly decided to just RUclips some post op videos, chose yours and your surgery was literally on the same day I chose!

Thanks so much for posting this! Could you maybe explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that freaks me out!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Your surgeon did a beautiful job on your implants. Did you get “under the muscle” or “over the muscle”? Implants was a good decision!

So glad you’re recovering well. I love Dr Altman. He’s such a great doctor. The only thing i took when i got my breast done was the muscle relaxers. Those were my best friend when i felt stiffness. Best decision ever. It was not painful at all to me. Just tight as if you need to pump or breast feed. If you have kids then you that feeling. They don’t tell you about being out of breath though. That caught me by surprise the first few days. Sports bras that zip in the front will be your best friend. Sleeping upright for 6-8weeks was torture for me. You’re going to love your new girlies. I know how you feel girl. From someone who relied on push up bra’s because i had small boobs. Im Finally able to feel how ive always desired to feel. It’s an amazing feeling. I can wear what i want with NO BRA. I love this for you❤.

It really does feel like when your breast is engorged ! The out of breath part was no joke ! And I’m so happy for you !! Cause I am just now going to be able to wear what I want without bras 🥲❤️🙌🏽

I know you probably won't have another surgery. But just a suggestion. Stay at a recovery house. It's the best. I stayed for my surgery and it was so convenient and they did everything for me. I mean everything. Change my sheets daily, clean my bathroom daily made breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks daily. Took me back and forth to my appointment.
