Thank for this video.. I felt this.. My story is hard, it's been 5 years of waiting since I and other 12 guys finished the elite special forces training but the office hasn't place us in the office and they can't give answers due to their infight in the office, now their infight is affecting us

I love this. Mainly because there was no ads to interrupt the flow if you wanted to use this for the last part of your workout when you need those last few reps. Or if you were running and needed that last mile. My sons are incredible, and I'm not blowing sunshine up their asses. they work hard at everything they do and they succeed. I sent them this for exactly what I stated. To get that last rep when they think they're empty. Or to make that last mile when they think they're exhausted. You can make excuses or you can make history. It's up to you.
Nothing stop me even if I lose I am still strong independent woman who holds own head up !
I use to be built like a young mini Arnold, all natural and at a level where I was just destroying at the gym.. however, due to depression and missing that eye of the tiger I had in me, I lost it all. 15 pounds of pure muscle. I get drunk and always look at what I use to be. So I’ve decided, I’m going to quit drinking and quit being lazy and get back into the grind. It will be a long painful 6 months, but this kind of pain is addicting, I love it. Time to fight

I’ve been working my butt off in volleyball and none of the coaches noticed. I got put on JV because of my attitude making me the only sophomore on JV. I worked my but off during basketball season but I sat on the bench the entire time. I worked only butt of during softball but no one noticed and I was benched the whole season. I am sick and tired of trying. But if I keep working hard at them like I’ve been doing, than they will be so astonished by how good I am that they WILL put me in. I believe I can do it. I need to work harder and show them that I’ve got something.
I have to work on my dream. I can not be afraid.
