The corrugated hose allows for installation in different cars and doesn’t really affect flow like a series of 45s or single 90. Doesn’t look awesome but totally functional!

Would love to see you take on learning how to weld yourself - It seems like you rely on others a lot and in a lot of ways I see it being a downfall in a lot of your projects, which is unfortunate. It's one thing if you can depend on someone but for whatever reason it seems like the folks you hire on don't stick around long. Honestly... Would love to see you take a welding and fabrication class and then start to find little projects to dial in your cars and then build on that to larger projects... I think it would teach you a lot about the problem solving processes of builds. Seeing someone at your level of YT struggle with air filter placement is surprising and I think you have a large opportunity here.

Damn that kit looks cheap compared to the G Power/ Infinitas Supercharger Kit, and the price is ~4000€. But its a drifter so who cares
why there are shots from driving police academy and no compilation about it? Would to watch drifting NA wagon...
I think this systems made for a slightly bigger car with the same engine like a 5 series or 7 series as they have more space in the engine bay

I have a question about "OEM," are OEM parts just like the original parts but better and manufactured by a different company?
Original Equipment Manufacturer. Some parts you really want to stick to OEM, and others not so necessary. As you get to know your car better you will find out which is necessary. Isn't the same for all cars, but certain parts for certain cars are made poorly by non OEM companies. You'll usually get good info from good RUclipsrs. M539 Restorations channel is great for info on BMWs. He really loves them! Happy driving 🤘

Personally Evan, that r33 is just absolutely SICK and imo has become a staple of this channel. But I know finances arent easy sometimes so if need be I recommend selling it (not saying you arent trying). Id love so see that Evo 8 come back eventually and start ripping up the drag strip. I love the drifting, but I also wanna see a bit of drag every now and then. Anyway, always love the vids, Ive watched you all through highschool til now (2016-ish to now being 2024). One thing you MUST keep and never let go again is that STI bro 😂. Sick asf.
The duct is the coupler for the maf, and the filter will be about 4” off the ground if you use it.

Did you buy the kit from VF? Because that's not the intake tube that comes with the kit
yeah the kit is from VF
Can vouch it's the intake ducting, should've came with an extended power steering hose, and additional lines for the EVAP solenoid. I would've went with beracing or Chaos Calibrations for remote tuning but I eventually sold my VF kit and went turbo.

It's one thing drifting by yourself with 170hp. It's totally different with 10 of your best friends and a private place to do it non stop all day and an endless supply of parts and tires.
