Heh of course I didn't consider them. Most of my advice is based on mistakes I made / saw others make, and advice I wished I'd had. My first management job I was young and ambitious and it was a technology I was excited about. It was within my current team, which was growing.
Demonstrate leadership. Talk to your manager to see if there's initiatives you can take over. Make sure they know you're interested in becoming a manager for yourself. Ask them the best ways for you to grow / demonstrate your ability in that direction. Thanks for watching!
