    thanks for posting. The Nechung monks pray for the long life of his Holiness the Dalai Lama every day - that is their main function. The state oracle of tibet is in charge of their monastery, and he requested this recording to share it with the planet. If you want to know more about him, nechung com, or the dalai lama website has details. These songs are sacred prayers (instrumentals too) that carry compassion and generosity. Enjoy!

    I'm sure these practices must get repetitive for the monks at times, but they look so amazing. If a westerner, such as myself, witnessed their puja in person, I'm sure I'd think it was ridiculous and silly, based on my own ignorance. However, I strongly believe these monks know something very very deep and I do believe their insight into reality gives them the ability to know the real truth of human and universal existence.

      @@RichMartini ima new subscriber to your wonderful channel I recently July 2, 2022 lost my son 😢 Colt who was riding his motorcycle and a lady ran a stop sign and he tried to avoid the accident leaving 15 feet of skidmarks on the road , she was driving a black Toyota Tacoma. She didn't even get out her truck to check on my son as he lay there on the pavement 😭 she lied to police telling them someone else did it but she wanted to hang around to give the police information of what she saw. A man in a white car had to forcefully park and wedge her in to keep her from leaving. Thank God the state trooper went to all the local businesses to check their camera 📷 footage and low and behold, it shows her running the stop sign which made her go 45 mph and hit my son pretty much head on ..it threw him up into the air and his human body couldn't take the pain and devastation she caused. They did cpr for 35 minutes but his heart wouldn't restart . So at least their will be some type of closure for me to know what happened . She has to live with any guilt she has . I have to learn to forgive but I don't want to ..The human me says whip her a&& but the spirit says let it go . I just want to communicate with him. He was only 29 and was such a wonderful human being. He helped so many people and he had 140 people at his funeral. DO you or does anyone else have any tips of communication with him? I am a high level intuitive empath. 🔮 MY son and I were both highly intuitive from coming up with Seminole Indian shaman grandmother. She taught us alot of things you can't find in a book or the internet. I've seen things that defy logic and can't be explained I know there is more to this life than meets your eyes . The 3 things I'd like to ask him if I could is 1) Are u ok and surrounded by Love , DO u know ur physical has
      passed away? 2) I pray your not confused 🙏 and still at the scene of the accidnet walking in circles replaying it over and over trying to figure out what happened ? ( I've heard when someone dies abrupt or tragic) that their soul is severely confused and stuck in a loop. 3) How long will we have for spirit communication ? I don't have to tell him and he doesn't have to tell me how much we loved each other WE KNEW AND STILL KNOW OUR HEARTS WERE 1. COLT WAS MY SOUL MATE. I LOVED MY BABY BOY MORE THAN ANYTHING IVE EVER LOVED AND ALWAYS WILL. I PRAY 🙏 HARD HE CAN SEND ME A DREAM AND MORE SIGNS HES OK. 🙏 I had a dream one week before he died that he died jn my dream and I have guilt for not telling him but i didn't want to tell him for fluke or nerves of him being paranoid ahout it or cause or write or speak it into existence. I am sending love and positive healing vibes to anyone who needs it as we all do . I love u all and thank u for allowing me to be a subscriber to your beautiful channel. thank u namaste

    Wow, now that was unexpected and cool. I expected calm and soothing. Silly me. I have to wonder if the intense music is meant to stimulate the fight or flight response to then release those feelings to reach a deeper state of relaxation? That's my gut and Soul reaction to it. It also seemed stimulate different Chakras with the higher and lower notes.

    in my humble opinion, france cannot lose its traditions, or its culture. There is no such thing as France, or French, only people who share a common feeling about the planet. For that matter we are all French, we are all humans, we are all Tibetans, we are all monks. There is no loss. There is nothing to lose. There is only compassion and love and what connects us together on this planet. Thanks for the post.

    I'm interested in Tibetan Buddhism, so your videography is appreciated. How long were you in Tibet for? Do you know what the English translation is of the incantation which those monks are chanting? Do you know anything about the symbolism, representations or meanings behind the clothing, such as the colours of the robes and the shapes of the hats and headdresses?

    • @RichMartini
      @RichMartini  Год назад +1

      I do. These are prayers for the long life of HHDL. The colors of their robes date back to Tsong Khapa's era, who founded the Gelupka sect "Yellow hats." I recommend the book by Thubten Jinpa "Buddha in the Land of Snows" about TK. This id recorded in the Nechung monastery below HHDL's home in Dharamsala. A short stroll away. The full CD can be found on Amazon "Traditional Chants of Tibet" - with amazing long horn solos. The Nechung oracle helps Tibetan leaders with plans to build certain buildings, optimal locations, travel dates. These monks chant so the Nechung Oracle can go into his trance and assist those who need his help - he's a vehicle for the ancient warrior to help give them advice from his off planet perspective. I recommend books about Tibetan Buddhism by Professor Robert Thurman, Essential Teachings of Tibet is a place to start for the history and background. The film "Journey into Tibet with Robert Thurman" includes a visit to the Nechung monastery in Lhasa as well. Basically about 30 monks whose sole role is to learn these prayers, this music and dedicate their music and lyrics as "prayers for the long life of his holiness the Dalai Lama (HHDL).

    ce n'est pas une plate-forme - ces prières et les chants sont pour votre libération ainsi. Libération de la souffrance, ou de voir la planète et votre monde comme un itinéraire d'adhésion - la fixation faux sens à des objets ou de l'argent ou la célébrité ou les choses du désir. Ils prient pour votre libération, et si vous écoutez attentivement (au Sutra du Lotus par exemple), vous le trouverez. Merci pour le post.

    月光童子,即从座起,顶礼佛足,而白佛言:我忆往昔恒河沙劫,有佛出世,名为水天。教诸菩萨修习水观,入三摩地。观于身中,水性无夺。初从涕唾,如是穷尽津液精血,大小便利,身中旋复,水性一同。见水身中与世界外浮幢王刹,诸香水海,等无差别。我于是时,初成此观。但见其水未得无身。当为比丘,室中安禅。我有弟子,窥窗观室,唯见清水遍在室中,了无所见。童稚无知,取一瓦砾投于水内,激水作声,顾盼而去。我出定后,顿觉心痛。如舍利弗遭违害鬼。我自思惟,今我已得阿罗汉道,久离病缘。云何今日忽生心痛,将无退失。尔时童子捷来我前,说如上事。我则告言:汝更见水,可即开门,入此水中,除去瓦砾。童子奉教。后入定时,还复见水,瓦砾宛然,开门除出。我后出定,身质如初。逢无量佛,如是至于山海自在通王如来,方得亡身。与十方界诸香水海,性合真空,无二无别。今于如来得童真名,预菩萨会。佛问圆通,我以水性一味流通,得无生忍,圆满菩提,斯为第一。

    the more unusual cacophony- the better to imagine the Universe?

    • @RichMartini
      @RichMartini  8 лет назад +3

      Actually... this is an unusual tonal symphony that's been specificially designed to put the Kuten - or the Oracle - of the Tibetan people under deep hypnosis. If you ever get a chance to view one of his ceremonies, you'll see that it's these very monks playing these instruments... the novel concept for a musician anyway, is that each instrument represents a symbolic meaning or thought, each passage of notes represents a message with regard to meditation. Ultimately about half an hour of this concentrated playing, and the State Oracle of Tibet actually begins to channel someone who lived in the 13th century - who speaks in a dialect that the oracle himself doesn't know, doesn't speak or read - however the monks trained to speak and read in that dialect sit by his side and write down what he says. Those bits and pieces of information can be as direct as "I told you last time we spoke the answer to this question, why are you wasting my time?" or "try to build the hospital on the north face of the mountain and not the south..." It's very specific to the question or questioner. I've spent enough time with the Oracle, and learning about his background, and the background of this tradition to not claim anything about it - it is what it is - but it's fascinating to see and film. the longer version is a CD available on itunes, and cdbaby com. So it's all of a dedicated version of how to meditate - it's hard for our western ears to hear the fluctuations and intent - but the Oracle does.

    Si jai pu faire une observation, cest qu'un cote des trompettes, les sons sont super bas.. et lautre cote les sons sont beaucoups plus haut (08:55 min.)... comme un ying yang (fait avec des instruments a vents). Incroyable, des gens qui venere la dissonance de la vie... quand je pense que tout le monde en Amerique se battent toute leurs vies pour connaitre la stabilite et leur securite financiere... c'est incroyable a voir!! Sounds like absolute hell

    • @RichMartini
      @RichMartini  5 лет назад +1

      Actually the music is complex and improvised. The instruments are played as a metaphor for what the nature of reality is, rather than the pleasing notes. For example, there's one piece I recorded where each instrument went up a half tone than the one next to them - which can be awful to hear - a bit like "being in hell" but then the notes reconcile and they are in unison. And then they repeat, one goes up a half tone until the other catches up to it. It's a meditation on dissonance and resolution. But that's okay, I didn't record it for you. Thanks for posting
