  • Ingredients:
    • 1 Spaghetti squash
    • 1⁄4 cup water
    • Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
    • 2 cups Pizza sauce
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    • Your favorite pizza toppings (like pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives)
    Directions:
    1. Prep the Squash:
    a. Adult Step: Carefully pierce the squash all over with a fork.
    b. Kid Step: Place the squash on a microwave-safe plate.
    2. Microwave the Squash:
    a. Adult Step: Microwave the squash on high for 6-8 minutes. Supervise kids
    during this step.
    b. Kid Step: Let the squash cool for a few minutes once it’s done.
    3. Cut and Clean:
    a. Adult Step: Slice the squash in half lengthwise.
    b. Kid Step: Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard them. This part is safe for kids with supervision.
    4. Prepare the Squash:
    a. Kid Step: Brush the inside of the squash with a little olive oil. Kids can use a brush or spoon for this.
    b. Kid Step: Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let kids sprinkle to their liking!
