I saw these guys on the Australian tour for this album. They were great live! They were one the last indie rock bands that I saw live, I feel like that scene sort of went a bit quite in the years after this.
Same there was so many in the early 2010s that just didn't kickstart much they made good music but didn't get that 1 big hit that would've set it on the map now it's ten years later and i doubt indie rock is in a Renaissance
I love this band, also I have been to that pizza place on numerous occasions.
Driving fast towards Paleto Forest on a stolen Voodoo, 3 stars in the upper corner, health at 50% and this comes out in the radio. Good times. Good times.

This song is very powerfull! I know it already 7 years and the first time I listen to I really like this song. I think the best of this song are the lyrics. Some lyrics helped me a lot in my life! such as: You have a talent did you know, you are more talent than you, you give it a shot and will be suprised how far it go". That helped me to believe more in myself and to get started and believe more in my talents and go for it! This song was a big drive to become more succesfull. Also the sentence: "Take an hour a day, an hour a day, and don't respond to anyone else". That kept me motivated to continue my mediation practise and to go beyond with that! Really thanks Soft pack for making such a great song, which touched my live so much!

i saw this band recently in Tasmania and i was hugely impressed. the guitarist plays his guitar like a fucking chainsaw. the singer was just really sure of what he was doing, brilliant technically. doesn't sound like the strokes. way more west coast, pavement maybe. three/four chord songs. awesome record too

A few years ago a younger you was playing GTA V. You’re so excited to be playing and are having the time of your life. You reach the chapter in the story where you switch to Trevor. You do the missions in his area of the map and then you start your way to the city. It’s the middle of the night and this comes on the radio. As you’re driving you see the tips of the buildings over the hills and as the song hits the climax you get a rush and fall in love with the game.
