I like that birdcage, and the vase with the bird on it...nice finds. It was ‘my turn’ to be the one that broke a vase at Goodwill today 😳🤪 The shelves were so crammed it was like playing Jenga! I lost. (So embarrassing) Can’t wait to see what you do with everything ❤️
Copper lanterns most definitely, they would have made a cool accent piece hanging near the patio on the wall or the fence, or even on the front porch..
That wasn't a pirate ship theme pieces it is actually a top piece to a pitcher and bowl stand. But ya I can see how it looks like the steering piece of a ship...
OMG!!! I love the candle holder that you left behind! The white one that looked like a Buddha! You picked it up right before the painted vase(the one that was heavy, that you said you had the perfect place for)....😳
Yep...Goodwill has changed their philosophy. And please believe me, the folks at the top are not hurting. Who would want to pay $4.19 for a blouse that you could buy at Macy's on sale for $5 and it's brand new. No no no We have too many other really wonderful places around here. At least in the Central Florida area.
Incredibly disappointed in GOODWILL . with 3 huge price increases this year i don't understand how the quality as a whole, has dropped tremendously. . customer service is a joke. I've tried writing to headquarters and they blew me off. Not going back anymore
sometimes Gw Thinks they can charge whatever they want for some items, at my GW I have seen things that are from the dollar store for 2 dolars and iam like ...really ppl? get it together. I love Habitat for Humanity better...
Yes, I agree too....those items for $8.99....too much! It seems like the Goodwills in my area think they are the Antique's Roadshow. I can't wait to see what you did get and love hearing your ideas how you're going to use them in your home. Another cute birdcage! Yay!
I got one for free(entertainment center) owner said he paid for 2k... my poor hubby and I hauled it.... I painted it liberty blue and kept it as a craft storage! Oh, I told hubby that thing isnt going anywhere I fell in love with the paint, johnny(hubby) nicknamed it “the blue whale”. 🥰
Likd the video however the fast movement of the camera made me dizzy. Had to stop watching. Too bad as I was really enjoying the video and your commentary. It would be great to slow the camera down just a bit. thanks
$8.99? Seriously. Absolutely no. Never., Oh, one should never say never. Maybe it could sit on the shelf for another 10 years. Then with inflation it will be worth $8.99..
Funny story: after my great grandmother passed away my Gram was working through her things and donating them... I had this... Urge.. Itch... Whatever you want to call it, to go to the ReStore (Habitat for Humanity)... I walk in, and lo and behold, there's the picture of my cousin, sister and myself on my Dad and Stepmom's wedding day (we were her bridesmaids at 4, 6 and 8 years old lol) sitting on the shelf! I was laughing telling the cashier about it and she ended up giving it to me lol
I just have to tell you a funny but also sad story. I walked through a Goodwill Store, and as I went around the corner, by the pictures there was a 24x36 inch picture of someone I went to school with. I felt so sad, that someone didn’t think to remove it. There was also one of his brother.
I couldn't believe it when I was at Goodwill and the bottom of the cart was filled with family photos, wedding pictures, kids photos and grandparents. I just couldn't believe it
The concept of your video is interesting but Jesus Christ how much coffee did you drink before you went there? You talk so fast you talk a mile a minute it’s hard to know what you’re actually saying. slowdown lady
@@bethyadamec7057 i was gonna suggest going to dollar tree and get their two pack of trees. They might be sold out already. Those would be a good place to get one.
Those CRT TV cabinets are a drug on the market...sometimes see these out on the sidewalk! I'm always on the lookout for frogs. One thing I do is to pair items up [salt shakers] when I find them in different areas of the shelves. Make him into a "Captain Hook"!
Yes l have one againg l with my great belated uncle made my own flower press with doors off kitchen cabinet bigger so l press large foliage blooms Nice that you praised the hire help .l was once there in my youth. Rock On!🖒in 2020
Hello Sonia and Matt hope y'all are doing well. Great thrifting trip love how the employee had organized the shelves I saw some treasures. I find myself organizing shelves or tables at thrift stores and yard sales lol. Yum gingerbread man cookies sound great hope you do a video on it. Much love and big tx hugs from South Tx Much love and big tx hugs from South Tx.
I like those Asian pictures at the end ..I collect pictures like that..my bedroom, they go all around the wall full circle.. the Black and alabaster my favorite...🥰
The coin carving with the missing hand... Maybe you could put a narrow tree in front of the missing hand and make it look like he is holding it! He was beautiful!!
I'm glad you did took home the candle warmer and the other candle holder with the star on it both of them are cute I would have took them home too I love anything country primitive decors. Yep that's the wine holder rack and the wooden tray is for the couch or recliner arm rest you put it on there and the clip on the bottom of the tray hold the arm rest so it don't fall off should have took it home and paint it up.
My OCD must be showing, b/c everytime you put an item back on the shelf upside down and/or crooked (i.e., the flower press) I wanted to fix it!! 🤣 Especially after the nice lady organized the shelves. And, sighhh, that sweet little white lamb - wish the store was in L.A.!
Hi love your videos. Yes that is a flower press. My mom had one just like it, she used it all the time. Not sure of the yr maybe early 60s. Many yrs later I opened it, and yes it had flowers pressed in it, yes I cried. I like using it now.
Gorgeous vase
Loved the door photo frames!

You move too fast its hard to watch when you move too fast!
I think that octagonal piece with clips might be a bed table?
The bamboo wine rack should Not be painted it is lovely natural new to channel thanks
The presses!!!
Copper lanterns most definitely, they would have made a cool accent piece hanging near the patio on the wall or the fence, or even on the front porch..
The piece missing a hand needs to be holding a tree. You can glue a tree there so that it looks like he is carrying a tree.
That wasn't a pirate ship theme pieces it is actually a top piece to a pitcher and bowl stand. But ya I can see how it looks like the steering piece of a ship...

U are going on about how organized the shelves are but ur not putting anything back as nice as she did....
Lots of TALKING,had to go
I organize Goodwill shelves and I don't work there! Reliving my days working retail at 16yrs old.
sometimes Gw Thinks they can charge whatever they want for some items, at my GW I have seen things that are from the dollar store for 2 dolars and iam like ...really ppl? get it together. I love Habitat for Humanity better...
Yady Cedeno
Yes few weeks ago I found pumpkins decor from the DT they were marked @ $2 not cool at all 😮
Omg ! Such outdated furniture & they are charging an arm & a leg for used outdated furniture they get for free !! Really Goodwill ??

That wine rack would be nice in a bathroom with towels rolled up and placed inside. Just an idea. ;)
I would have painted the wine rack and used it for rolled up towels in the bathroom also
Likd the video however the fast movement of the camera made me dizzy. Had to stop watching. Too bad as I was really enjoying the video and your commentary. It would be great to slow the camera down just a bit. thanks
Omg, I was at this Goodwill this morning and bought that wine rack. Hahah
How do you sanitize the wooden pieces?
Stephanie Mehrenberg Good question
Pottery Candle too much

Hey Sonia, $8.99 for a pottery candleholder? That isn’t vintage or collectible? Too expensive for me! Hooray for the shelf fixer!
The tray with the two flaps on the back is for a chair or a sofa so you clap it on the arm and it is for your drink or what ever it did work well
Does it work? Have u ever had one? I've tired something similar but it keot falling off the arm of the couch when anyone sat down
You passed by a little white lamb😔. I’ve been looking for one like that for weeks to use for Easter🥲
First time I've seen your video. Really enjoyed it because you move along quickly. Love the items you chose too.
The wine rack could also be a really cool towel rack!

The wooden tray with “clips” is a clip-on tray table for a sofa or chair arm. I have two and would have purchased that!! Those are so handy.
miller you missed the m.......next to the flower press hahhahah
I couldn't believe it when I was at Goodwill and the bottom of the cart was filled with family photos, wedding pictures, kids photos and grandparents. I just couldn't believe it
Dawn Westerbeck yes I feel the same. Someone’s life on a shelf .
Fast moving & more faster messing up the cleanup 😂
OMG, 😲Qué bonitos los Escritorios
No totally to expensive, they are used items for goodness sake!!
Those large tables are great for a sewing table.
$8.99 are they outta their mind?
That is a tray that you put on the arm of your chair, you were right! Love your videos🥰

For the santa i would of added a mini Christmas tree to his missing hand.
Lindsay Mullins aren’t you clever! Great idea!
@@bethyadamec7057 i was gonna suggest going to dollar tree and get their two pack of trees. They might be sold out already. Those would be a good place to get one.

The white kitchen appliances on the bottom shelf looks like a Bosch mixer. If it is the run new for around 300.00.
Yes l have one againg l with my great belated uncle made my own flower press with doors off kitchen cabinet bigger so l press large foliage blooms

Don't know how you shop in that big ole raincoat. I would be dragging stuff off..lol
I have two flower presses. When I think about doing something with preserving flowers, the press is wonderful.
I saw at least two old Mexican hand carved tile trays. LOVE THEM!
Yes to expensive but cage for 299 is great! Love the warmer do u put water and essentials oils or the wax ones?
LOVED those copper lanterns!!! Would have grabbed 'em for sure
Yes, those are flower presses. My daughter had to do a plant project in school, and my husband made her a press.
My goodwills are REALLY messy . That one is spotless compared to mine .
Thank you for another fun shopping trip. My favorite was the bird cage candle holder.
The bird cage candle holder was super cute. I liked the pair of lanterns as well. Nice!
3 healthy puppies by the way born on 15th they are about 5 oz.
Yes those are flower press, I've purchase two of those over the years.
I want that..brown wooden chest...
Oh that wooden squirrel. Wish you had grabbed him. How cute.
I think the squirrel was a candle, and yeah it sure was cute!🐿️🐿️🐿️
OMGOODNESS you are so wonderful to watch ,
@1:16....nice...
Essential oils and water are great in those burners. I don’t trust the chemicals in candles diffusing in my home. I had no idea . You’re fun to watch.
