Is it really clean now??? The first and last time I was in Borakay was in 1990. I stayed in a little hut, for 100 pesos a nite , the main drag was not paved, and some Euro puddings were topless. It was breathtaking.
1990s, must've been a sight to see. Yes, it's a lot cleaner and more quiet after the restoration. Sadly, most of the locals have no means of livelihood since pandemic. ☹️
