Did you intend to say quarter of package or was it a half of a package of cream cheese? I’m looking at the video and it looks big unless you had a bigger package than 8 oz. HELLO MRS, THERESA, I COOKED THIS CAKE ON SATURDAY. I DID EVERYTHING YOU DID STEP BY STEP, I STOPPED AND STARTED THE VIDEO. WE WERE COOKING TOGETHER. I HAVE AN ELECTRIC STOVE JUST LIKE YOU DO. I USED ALL THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT LIKE I SAID BEFORE I HAD TO SUBSTITUTE THE WHITE LILY AP FLOUR, WHICH I AM UNABLE TO FIND IN MY AREA. I WILL BE PURCHASING WHITE LILLY AP FLOUR FROM AMAZON. ANOTHER THING I DID DIFFERENTLY WAS I HAD A CAST IRON BUNDT CAKE PAN AND I BELIEVE YOU USE AN ALUMINUM CAKE PAN. WELL, I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT I HAD TO COOK MY CAKE FOR 1 HOUR AND 35 MINUTES @ 325 DEGREES. WHY SO LONG, WAY MORE THAN YOURS? MY CAKE WAS VERY DELICIOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN COLOR, A VERY LIGHT TASTE AND VERY MOIST. THANK YOU FOR SHARING
