- After over one year of filming and hiking in the mountains of Austria I'd like to present my new timelapse short-film "ALPENGLOW - Beauty of Austria". Last year I released the first part of my Austria Timelapse series called "WOODLANDS - Beauty of Austria" which focused on the forrests of Austira. Now in the second part, which is called "ALPENGLOW" , i put the focus on the alpine regions of Austria.

WOW unfassbar schöne Aufnahmen! Einer der besten Timelapse-Filme die ich je gesehen habe. Und den Slider mit Kamera auf so viele Berggipfel mitzunehmen ist sowas von anstrengend (mein Syrp Slider mit allem kostet mich auch viel Kraft). Kompliment! :)

Hey Marcel! :) first of all, thanks for you reply my email in 2018 autumn. I was on holiday 28.10. - 3.11.2018 and that time when i was Austria, the best moments of my life. I visit many places and driving with rental car about 1700km in one week. Thanks a lot for tips what you gave to me. And then your video what you are filming that beatiful country. This film was so emotional, simple beaty, shoot of camera and locations. This film make me a dream better world, and that landscape its speechless. That my trip on austria was fourth time. And still again and again, when I'm over there its make me happy and tears of joy. So in the end, this film prove that Austria is one best country of the world and also that you are SuperB! film maker :) Thanks a lot for this film. This remember my old trips on Austria. Really nice timelapse you have there! For me the most impressive shot was the last one, well done 👌. Unfortunately sometimes the sliding motions distracted me a bit from the otherwise really beautiful shots.

Thanks a lot! Yeah you are right, i fixed the title before i filmed all shots and planned to film some alpen glow, but I'm afraid that i had no luck that year. If i remember correctly that must have been at the Unterer Lanschitzsee. ;)
@@MarcelGallaun Thx a lot! Yeah, conditions must be perfect for an nice alpenglow. I was lucky last weekend and catched the alpenglow at the Großglockner. Sadly my timelaps didn't work well (just started with it). But I got a few nice stills :)
The Lanschitzsee looks awesome, with all the dead trees in the water! Thx!

@@stefanpangratz Ja da gehört auf jeden Fall etwas Glück dazu ;) Am Großglockner war ich schon länger nicht mehr, wird vielleicht auch mal wieder Zeit für einen Besuch. Dir auch weiterhin noch viel Spaß beim fotografieren und Timelapsen ;)
Amazing Timelapse film! How did you get so much in focus (since the distance between the front and the back is pretty big)?
Thanks a lot Joris! I shot most of the sequences at pretty high aperature. Often up to an f/stop of f14.
