"Crucial yet often neglected aspect" perfectly said!
I will be visiting a suspension tuning shop to get the compression and rebound adjusted for my bike as I would like to rely on their expertise than fiddling myself but look forward to your video on that!

If you can convince me enough haha :)
The original settings from BMW were all set to 4, which was their magic number :D So I will discuss with the suspension guys first and get a good baseline and later tweak it depending on how it feels, for which your video should be useful :)

With various kinds of bikes from an entry level sporty rc390 and naked duke 390 , a super sport zx1000r and a z1000 to off roaders like RE Himalayan and versys 650.

You forgot an important thing....changing the rate of the spring if the stock spring needs to be highly preloaded , which screws up the static sag massively.

I ended up with 40 on the front & 38 on the back. Now according to my Street Triple manual there is no pre-load adjustment on the rear, only the front. So how is it so high? Any help would very grateful.

This is kinda off topic please bear with me :p. Just learned the art of clutchless upshifts and have to say the bike has become much smoother and also feels faster, so my question to you is if clutchless upshifts are done right will it affect the gearbox in the long run. Can you give some details or explain this matter in the coming episodes of this series.

Tyres are something that we have on our agenda. We would like to cover it as 'Tyres' in general and not one specific brand.

For city you can blindly go for the Apache RTR 200. Power delivery is super awesome.
For highway also it is good but if you are going for the faired version of gixxer then that will do a better job at cruising than the Apache.
And this apache is seriously damn good than the outgoing versions. I own the 160 and it still does a pretty good job and have also ridden the 200 so i can fairly say that TVS has done an amazing job. I was gonna buy the 200 but since TVS is launching the 300 by this fiscal end, i am gonna wait coz Akula simply blew my mind

It's called a C spanner, and the size depends on the suspension. The size should be mentioned in the bike's manual, or in the suspension documents if you have an aftermarket suspension.
