I have one i bought it in 15. I have 4 calibers with powder measures and plates with all dies in place. I love it. The primer transfer bars are an.issue but rcbs always is happy to send more at no charge. You can now buy rcbs products at the oroville office and stop in to get primer bars. Ive thought of making an aluminum primer transfer bar. To be honest I don't know what makes them break. All in all its a greaT press.

I appreciate you showing this video bruh. I'm looking to get this kit due to the ammo laws in California. Thought about starting off with a single press as a beginner but I will probably go all out for this model
    Load up 45 acp quick

Excellent overview, thanks! Love mine, 7 stations......have I died and gone to heaven. Spot on with the bundled powder measure & die plate. It is a rip, there are some after market die plates but they aren't cheap. They have made progress getting the kinks in the priming system ironed out, when that is solid and they split the die plate/powder measure bundle the press will own it. Can't beat their support, I still use a 4x4 too and I still get excellent support and parts for it. Hope someone can talk some sense into the MBA driving the 7 bus.

I was interested in this system when it first came out but the amount of negative reviews were too much for me. Nobody at that time had the answers to fix anything and at the time RCBS wasn't talking. YOU have all the answers! These are the only videos that explain what is wrong/weak and how to fix it. Great videos! they should be mandatory for all users, it would save all the headaches. The other negative at the time was the high cost of die plate/powder measures. Again you have the answer. Although I now own a Dillon and am happy, I would have gone for RCBS if I had the answers you gave. Excellent comprehensive series!!

I also have the Hornady LNL but would love a 7 station. I find the Hornady to be very finicky and it seems you like the RCBS better.

Question please, Did you purchase your parts locally or on-line? After watching your video I did a quick search for RCBS presses in the local classifieds....none. LOL. I am contemplating switching from my Lee Loadmasters to the Pro Chucker 7's for the extra two stations. Right now I need..er...uh...I want to add a bullet feeder die to the Loadmasters but then I would have to remove the Factory Crimp Die, which I don't want to remove. Anyway, I was just wondering if the plate/powder hopper combo was something you purchased locally or on-line. I too have an RCBS Uniflow which I used for testing and working up test ammo. If I could find an RCBS 5 station in the classifieds I wouldn't need the whole combo thing like you were discussing...just the plate.

big321danger I bought one on eBay and the other on Amazon. RCBS now sales the Pro Chucker 7 die plates as a stand-alone item for 45 dollars. You can find them on Midway.

how do you have your lee factory crimp die set up, without hitting the eject rod?? I'm having a heck of a time getting mine to eject the case. I can get it set up & it will eject 2-3 rounds then will jam up. Any tricks or tips on the eject rod? Great Video!

My lee factory crimp die is setup to where it just touches the spring which is already set to 038" of that low RCBS recommended .030” above the shell plate. I find this more then low enough to add adequate crimp, sense I control that with the adjustment screw. The important thing to do is to lengthen the ejection spring and set it directly behind the case/round whilst holding it all the way back into the crimp station, not the crimp die but the crimp station, making sure the lengthen ejection spring is touching the back of the case/round in that station. I have tested this with 9mm and 40 S&W, everyone of them a smooth and successful ejection. Again, manually index the shell plate for the first twenty rounds. Sense I'm presently waiting for a new indexer arm, I have been using the PC 7 like a Dillon RL550.
It seems to take RCBS awhile to get those parts to you. I hope this helps and happy, peaceful and successful reloading.

Thanks for the reply, I have finally got the press running pretty smoothly! Still waiting for some parts from RCBS. So far I really am liking this press for 9mm. I think I might get the New Lyman American Turret press when It "supposed " to come this March! Again thanks for the reply! Happy & Safe Reloading!
