What would you recommend if you wanted all this and something that handles celery well. Not worrying about price. And please say more on what happens with celery. What if you wanted a daily glass of celery juice for one person?
Hi francestutt3661, you wouldn't really find a vertical juicer like the Tribest Shine XL that can handle just celery. The new Hurom H400 can handle celery to some extent but it's advised to add in harder ingredients like apples or carrots to help push the celery through the mechanism and prevent clogging. If you are looking to juice just celery and other leafy greens then a horizontal model would be your best option, they are slightly less user-friendly since the mechanism is a bit harder to clean than newer vertical models like the H400 but they are unbeatable when it comes to handling tough ingredients like celery. My recommendations (If price isn't a concern) would be any of the Angel horizontal models like the 8500, 7500, or 5500 another good option similar to the Angel would be the new Sana 929, but if you are looking to spend less then the Omega MM1500 is a great option or the Omega 8007/8008, Sana 727 or MM900. Could you specify what you mean by the second part of your question, are you asking what would happen in terms of your body and overall health?
@@juicersuk I think you answered it. I was really saying juicing celery like making 10 oz a day. I will look at your suggestions. Also want to juice lemons and limes, because i grow them.
Hi francestutt3661, we are sorry to hear this, did you juice with the skin on? If so then we advise not juicing limes with the skin on, also cut them down to small chunks to help the juicer manage the load easier. We hope this helps resolve your juicing issue.
@@juicersuk They were small key limes cut into quarters. The thing with juicing limes the skins have tons of the nutrients we need. You answered my question. I live in FL and grow and juice limes. Guess I need to keep looking for a juicer that can handle the skins too. Thank you
Hey francestutt3661, newer self-feeding juicers like the Hurom H400 can handle skins, they would also only need cutting into halves if they are smaller limes since self-feeding juicers have a blade to chop and cut ingredients into smaller pieces.
I just purchased this today, and can’t wait for it to arrive! Thanks for this informative review.
Does it work great?
Any updates how's it working 9mo later ?
