If you have a 50kg rider riding with a 100kg rider, using wkg instead of watts can drastically alter the speed of the pack and potentially make it extremely challenging for a lighter rider to hold the wheels. Targeting Wkg definitely works going up hills, though
Thanks for the hints. We will try to follow them without a DS on ZRL on Tuesday. Any advices how to manage the team, when no DS is giving commands?

Why not have everyone aim for same w/kg when taking pull
