Their debut album was incredible, even the re-released acoustic version. Melissa is a goddesss.
Melissa Bonny is absolutely amazing, her vocal range is fantastic, she can switch in a heartbeat from a beautiful, soft melodic voice to a full on growl and back again. Her clean vocals are angelic and her rasping growls are spectacular.
Everything I’ve seen her do has been brilliant, she’s in another band that mixes metal with dance beats, called Rage Of Light, they’re worth checking out. And as well as that band and Ad Infinitum she has also done guest vocals as The Queen Of The Damned, with those historical metal warriors Warkings. Plus she did a guest vocal performance with Feuerschwanz on their cover version of the Seeed song Ding.
Can’t wait to hopefully see Ad Infinitum and Rage Of Light live once this virus crap is over. And Melissa looks even more beautiful just sitting there in everyday life, more so even than in her videos. A very awesome and talented woman. 🙂🤘🏻
Album is absolutely fantastic. She is a totally legit talent and lovely person. Hate that they could not tour this album, they would have blown up big time. Hopefully through word of mouth and getting on the road late this year they can get some traction.

HA! Told you you would love this band! And Melissa seems like such a sweetheart, I ran into her on a video premiere for Warkings and that was an absolute blast. The whole album is pure magic, and the acoustic version might be even better.. but it's a close call.

I had looked up Ad Infinitum earlier, due to the happy fact that she's coming to tour with Kamelot in Latin America, and I wanted to check her voice out. No disappointment there! But, the acoustic version is even better!!!
I think Melissa has a really sweet voice. Maybe not as powerful and aggressive as some metal fans would like it to be, leans more towards Pop. Nevertheless, she has a strong technique and a unique color which is greatly appreciated. Also, I'd like to comment on her FC growls/screams. Again, the power of the scream really depends on your voice type. Hers is really quite poppy, gentle and sweet by default so it is understandable that her growls wont be as powerful as some male singers, of course, but what compensates a lot is her diction which many singers lack (you can quite easily understand every word she says during growls).
And yeah, this song is one of my favorite in quite a while. Especially the acoustic version, which i loved even more. Strongly suggest to check it out.

She is great, and such a sweetheart. You really need to check out some of her other band too - Rage of Light. For the laugh, start with Lollypop (Aqua cover) :)
There's more than Joan Jett from back in the day. There's Doro solo and her time in Warlock back in the 80s and early 90s. Then let's not forget Lita Ford and Vixen from the same era. You just have to dig a little more for the old school female fronted bands. They aren't as growly, but worth the listen.
