Hey Luci!
Im really happy to see you stream and uploading content. Really nice to see another Pro is doing content, and also I like your series.
A few little things.
I would be very happy, if you continue your first two videos, about improve and mistakes, really impressive and useful.
The second one, can you do a video Rus against ottomans, where Ottomans do the All in archer push? In plat league, it felt any ottoman player do this. You say this matchup is good for rus, but every time I suck it. And I really searching for a solution.
I mean, I play often with a friend, and normally I win every single game, but if he play Ottomans, I just lose any single game, no matter what Im doing. Maybe you can do something like this? How to play against it?
And a last one, is it possible to put a little gameplan to this videos? I mean, you can tell or a little word in the description, for understanding? I think that improve this stuff massively. Also it is very nice for now. I think every single matchup no one uploaded yet.

After this series is over I'll do some more videos like the first ones, have some ideas for those already.
About the otto allin, I think my FRA vs OTT video should be very helpful for you, this matchup plays very similar except that RUS is a bit better due to militia & kremlin.

I really want to know, is it worth researching professional scouts at the diamond stage? Will 2TC be simpler and easier to use?

Both styles are equally valid in 1v1, I just feel it's really smooth to go into pro-scouts with rus since you already have the scouts and usually can get the upgrade with just bounty gold.
In team games I'm convinced pro-scouts is the better approach
