- This one has been a pleasant experience. If they keep it up this way they are going to have some sweet mini drifters available for us. From the box I can see they have two more models planned 1805 and 1806 are printed on the box. Wonder what's coming next!?

this new car is pretty cool, i bought the nsx i like so much it , but i dont resist and bought too the ae86 ... but when i bought it i hadn't released this model yet.. omg i spend 500 reais in brazil for to buy this cars so ae86 is more 500 reais ( of course always toguether the dasmikro gyro ) and now i wanna this model too kkk this way I'm going to spend all my salary
They are all nice looking. It's hard not to get them all! Enjoy them!
The mx5 comes with the new upgrade wheels like the ones i run on my gtr. Cool to see its factory on the mx5
They are very slippery compared to the other tires. I do like them.

I have a video about a week old I believe about that screwdriver. It's better than I expected and use it on my small scale stuff regularly now.
Awesome you got the MX5! I see there are no gyro wobbles on the newer electronics, that's a plus. Can't wait to get the MX5 for myself!
its fun! Just put another pack through it. With the 1899 electronics they put in its way better than any of the 1801, 02, 03s. They are all the same chassis pretty much so just get the one you like and mod it to your liking if you prefer the other makes.
I know it's gonna seem like a waste but i'm getting one to put on a scx24 chassis to make a 4x4 Miata

I've been lucky I guess. I got mine on aliexpress and it came in like a week and 2 days. All the LDRC I got on AE came pretty fast surprisingly.

are there major differences between the miata and r34? i like them both very much. i heard the r34 comes with a metal body. does it come with more power since its heavier? i might end up buying both anyways but i wanna get the one that seems the best between the two
they are both pretty good out the box. They have the same electronics. Miata is better if you want to leave it stock. GTR if you go brushless with dasmikro gyro is insane fun.
@@RunThatRCi definitely want to mod it so i think ill go with the gtr. is the spoiler removable aswell? I plan on repainting it yellow when i mod it. i think it would look very nice.

If you receive yours set up just like mine out the box, your definitely not going to be disappointed. They are so cool to drift around.
Do you have a WPL c24-1 VS redcat accent 18 Video ? Or comparison in size ? Love these Drift cars. I have the little 1:28 wltoys rally drift car. Locked the diff's and Hard plastic tires with gold rims. :)
I dont think I've done a side by side with these models. The WPL is a bigger model but the Ascent 18 is a great platform to upgrade and better out the box compared to the WPL. WPL is a very scale trail truck though.
Im sure you could upgrade the tx and motor, i wanna get the r34 gtr
you definitely can but out the box its perfectly fine for drifting around the house.
Does your Blue R34 uses red circuit board also like the silver r34? If it has black, it won’t work at least on mine. R34 black CB TX works with my RX7 and vice versa.
all my R34s have the red board. I wish I had one with a black board so I can use it on the other ones instead of the tiny controller.
@@RunThatRC I think you got the later production, I got my blue r34 pre-ordered then the silver just recently with red CB. But the black CB on blue r34 is now acting up. Sudden stop no throttle then very short blink on head light and change the High setting to low on it’s own. The black CB on my RX7 still functions perfectly. Those 2 black CB have some differences with their components lay out but each TX works with both cars.
Do you know if there should be any issue adding an external gyro like the dasmikro v5 like people do in the 1802
No problem installing a external gyro. Just leave the gain knob on the controller at zero and the gyro is off.
what are those tyres on the gtr? and wich one would you recomend? id get an rx7 or a 86 but i hate the remore, and i also kinda wanna wait in case they make an fd
Those are the RX7 wheels painted black. I like both and both drift pretty good out the box. The Miata is sweet because its got more refinements done. I like how they keep trying to improve these. The GTR if you find for the price I got it for ($50) is a no brainer. That metal body is sweet. miata lighter more run time and less strain on the motor if thats more what your after imo.
Hi, i got the blue nissan skyline, and drifted on polished hardwood till now but too slippery for me , was wondering, will it run on like rollout vinyl, carpet, felt? What do you suggest
my favorite so far for These is my plastic table and vinyl floor. Needs more power for the smooth concrete and too slippery on tile for me. I haven't tried drifting on any other surface.

My Rock Van is now a Convoy (c10 style body). It's the evo version with the 2 speed transmission.

unfortunately its only in this and a salmon color. I seen a yellow one in the pictures but dont think its available yet. I'm planning on painting mine probably.

This gets asked every now and then. I would have no more RCs if I gave everyone an RC unfortunately. I wish I was rich enough to give away RCs. Maybe in the future if my channel becomes successful, then I may be able to afford to give RCs away from time to time. Even the little giveaways I do cost me a lot to ship the item to the winner. One day hopefully we will all be successful!
