hi there, remove the lid as if you are filling the feeder , there is a clear plastic tube with markings on it + , - on it, turn the tube in the direction of the + , may be 2 turns to start to see if that works. thanks, Bob,
I have 4 of these units... I LOVE them!... I love them so much I've purchased them as gifts for others....One of the comments here says "it's expensive".......It is an extremely well made unit.....If you are a "bird person" it's worth EVERY dime! no squirrels and your seed actually lasts... I agree with Gilllagallou regarding the factory setting for the spring action... I have never had to reset it, but knowing it can be done is nice.....
J UV thank you, so many comments can be made to their value for sure, the money saved on seed costs alone justifies their cost. Which in my view isn't that expansive really. , thank you, we have an online store if you ever need to have one shipped anywhere. Bob,
how you adjust the weight? mine closes with only 3 sparrow on it.

Well worth the money! Saves money feeding the squirrels and blackbirds who will empty a feeder in a day.
