Sir I'm shamshad aap ka video bahut achha laga one request he sir aap se ki vibration sensor kitne type ka hota hein redial /axsial kefiser for a speed ke liye or redial calibration bataiye sir kaise simulet karte he
Superb sir , please explain ranges of vibration at drive end and non drive end of different KW of motor ,eg-below 10kw,up30kw,50kw , At which point of motor we measure vibration
Dear sir, The range of vibration is depend on the basis of application and Motor rating, What I show in video that VT having a range of 0 to 25mm which is used in 2650kw Motor, Mostly we are measuring nearest to rotar of a motor in different ways like x-axis,y-axis & z-axis etc. Thanks 👍 Show your Support to my channel 🙏
Sir for one type of sensor u said that it is output is voltage. U have connected that sensor to jb and jb to plc. And u said that in plc...it will be coverted to ma by using resitor in plc.. so my question... There will be a voltage drop rigt?
In plant one of a sensor in Blower motor showing 5 micron.. but we need zero micron for starting permissive... We thought that sensor complaint that why we changed it.. but problem not solved showing 5micron... Do you have any suggestions
Sir, 1.)First check the voltage at the field J.B of the Respective Sensor. During the voltage measure Slightily strike on Sensor check voltage. Whether it is fluctuating or not. 2.) May be channel got bad at PLC/DCS marshalling end.
Mam, Vibration sensor ke liye aapke respective equipment pe threading kiya hua pahle se hi rahta hai, jb aap motor ko order krenge us time pe aapko batana hota hai ki X-Y-Z Axis pe hme 6/8/10mm etc ka threading point chahiye.
Ek option or v rehta hai , Manufacturers ek sensor ke sath disk (stainless steel) ka deta hai usme aap sensor ka thred ko dal kl motor ke body me weld v kar sakte hai. Or otherwise aap CMC (Central monitoring & conditioning) depertment ko bol kar check krwa sakte hai kisi v place ka q ki uske pas ek alag se portable device vibration check krne ke liye rehta hai jo ki sthescope ke tarah hota hai.
connect +24 to sensor positive wire..and return should be connected to positive terminal of card...while card all negetive terminals are connected by comman link
Ur video is ok but not completely showing vibration measurement device with screen display of measurement and plc part where cable is connected and mamp is converted into physical values
Sure Sir, Troubleshoot is depends on which vibration sensor is ussing. What I show in video in this case you have to check the millliamps at PLC tb end if you are not getting the millliamps then you have to check the connection apart from this even you are not getting then you have to check or adjust the vibration sensor part. In other Vibration sensor i.e Bently Nevada if you are not getting the voltage at proximeter Then you have to adjust the vibration sensor. Durring adjusting, proximeter should show the value of -10 then only you can get accurate value of vibration sensor. These are some basic steps. further I Will cover all these on next vibration videos. Regards.
Sir, mm/s is the most common units which used in industry apart from this we can use cps(Cycle per second), Hertz & microns also but it depends upon you.

Your information is not correct about vibration sensor. Vibration sensor give output in DC . Which go to transmitter there it convert in 4-20 ma then go to plc card.

Sir ye motor par kese laga hua h kyakoi alag se construction h motor par ya fir kisise stick Kiya gya h

Is it a piezoelectric sensor?
Pls explain how to connect in plc AI card

Pls go ahead probe to JB and JB to plc
Dosto 😁😁
Resistance kitne lagate hai ? Please inform me
Sir iss pure system ka price kya hoga....
JB me voltage kitna hoga
In thermal plant output of vibration connector is 10 v dc
-10v dc
What about units for x, y and z please reply.
All the units are in mm/s

You can watch Loop test of vibration sensor then you can get more clearity, visit the playlist i.e Loop test of instruments
Sir faulty hai karke kaise janege
Dosto dosto dosto
Can u help me how to troubleshoot my vibration sensor is working or not
Sure Sir,
Troubleshoot is depends on which vibration sensor is ussing.

No. Count 200 bar Dosto...
Why we use - ve voltage only
The circuit consists of a NPN transistor
Where to buy these products?
Sir, from Vendor or supplier you can get this sensor according to your application
Why we add resistor?🙏
To convert dc voltage to ma signal
Hi. What is the part number you are using?
Sensor kaha milega sir ji?
Dosto jyada ho raha sir 😂
You said horizanral X , vertical Y then what about Z =?
If I am correct x radial, y radial than z is it axial. Am I correct.
Z is towards the discharge direction of equipment wherever it is mounted.
Why we are using two different units for vibration sensors like mm/s and g pls reply
Sir, mm/s is the most common units which used in industry apart from this we can use cps(Cycle per second), Hertz & microns also but it depends upon you.
How to check it's ok or not
What is effect name
Dosto dosto 😂
Thoda dhime boli ye sir
Can you add translate please 🙏

why resistor?.
Why u r using -ve voltage in vibration sensor, why not +ve plz reply?
Sir, + is for supply and - is for signalling in all cases.
Good question. For getting answer you have to first clear your concept of NPN & PNP transistors. You will get the answer.
@@AdityaPandey-si2vm plz tell the ans. As I am getting some what confused. Do -ve supply reduced noise?
