OVEN Baked Chicken Wings and Potatoes - One pot Recipe
INGREDIENTS
8 Irish Potatoes
5 Carrots
12 Chicken Wings
Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Suya Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
Bake in a preheated oven @ 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes , 20 minutes first (Bottom oven heat) then flip and allow to brown next 20 minutes (turn on top oven heat)

Really nice! Clarity defines your videos, always detailed and never cluttered. But I'd love you to show more dishes with low calories . Also, health related foods such as dishes beneficial to people with blood sugar, obesity etc.
Irish potato for example doesn't work for everyone. Brown rice is safer, healthier but does it work for your recipes? You can mention safe options.

Just call it Chicken Yemisi. It looks outstanding! Edit to say I would add some chilies and leeks or something onion-y. I love heat in my dishes.

Hello ma'am, thank you so much for all these mouth watering recipes. I like how you do bulk cooking, but one question has always been on my mind. How do you defrost cooked rice without leaving it with that wierd texture?
The best way I believe is to use a microwave and don’t defrost before heating.

I use cilantro instead of parsley, to me parsley has no taste, but cilantro, now that's a different story! Yum!
