Thanks for covering ADC. It’s often overlooked by many covering monthly payers. I have had this on DRIP & it’s a reliable monthly payer … and I like to see that insiders have purchased millions of dollars worth or shares in 2024.
Can you please make a video about Mondelez International?
Are you ever going to make a video regarding Ares Capital ARCC?
Can you please do a video about how share buybacks impact dividend stock owners? Does dividend increase with share buybacks? From a dividend perspective, is it really important to own a larger % of the company? We still have the same number of shares after the buyback... thanks
I made a video on this on my second channel! Check it out!: ruclips.net/video/8ahJMkYVwXE/видео.html
Just wanted to let you know that dividend spread you have for divivdend seems to not detect properly 2 of the ETFs I found. IUKD.L and IDVY.AS. It says that IUKD is for 968.76USD (conversion into usd) while its 7.50GBP, and IDVY.AS is just showing error whiel its for 18EUR. Is there some tracking error in api maybe?
IUKD.L is showing 750.50 for me, which seems to be correct (GBP). Yahoo finance is showing the same. As for IDVY.AS, we will have to look into adding that!
@@Dividendology Hmm it's weird. IUKD.L should be around £7.505 not 750.50. Maybe it should be IUKD.LSE? I mean the one for 7.50, not 750. iShares UK Dividend UCITS IUKD • LSE. I made today transactions with them on price 7.47 so I'm positive that's the price for IUKD. I see in google there is some for 750 tho, idk what that is. So I cannot add IUKD into spreadsheet cos suddenly its like 100% more than it should be as it shows to high price.
The stock market is going crazy right now
Can you make a video about AMT?
Love their business but the price is way too high for what they will earn
Are there any stocks you were watching and didnt invest in that ended up turning into something big? 🤔
NVDIA, had a patient tell me to invest in it 2 years ago when it was like 200. I regret it so much. Oh well haha
Have you looked at WPC?
I like them for diversification for sure as they are into more industrial assets. They are solid earners as well with reasonable room to expand. Cash flow just went up big time last qtr. Payout ratio is a bit high but the forward one is reasonable 75%. I would still like to see it close to 100% on the current though.
Wpc cut their dividend right ?
@@Steelersfootball45 Correct, last year. Thats probably where a lot of the cash flow increase came from
What website to use to get the information, grades and growth is it free?

Hey im in the uk and id like to know where can i invest in schd? I use trading 212’s isa but its unavailable on there
As UK/EU Citizen you cannot buy US based ETFs as SCHD for regulatory reasons. Only if you're a professional trader with half million+ USD in your portfolio... Or leave UK/EU...
@@whoiswho22 thanks for the reply, and believe me, its very tempting to leave this country currently 😂
Any chance to make video about msci?
I touched on them for a bit on a video on June 19th. I may make a more in depth video soon.
Rheinmetall WKN 703000 Pls😊❤
Its not bad. You also have to look at debt ratio which is lower than most. So they are able to expand when rates come down and leverage earnings higher. It does not compare to MAIN but you could certainly do worse.
stop putting your opinion about everything, dont agree with any of your points, MAIN sucks

With a (gross) 4,71% yield this company’s risk v reward cannot simply compete with high yield bonds. That’s it.
It was 6% yield, with 4-5% dividend growth, 3-4% affo growth. So you get a safe almost 9% total return against a 5-6% high yield bond that doesn't grow and will drop at some point. When the rotation starts, you will be too late to acquire these safe reits at these prices. But I get your point. Though, when you want higher total returns, you will have to look out for possible futures.
