The MaKeyMaKey is Arduino-compatible, so you just need to upload the MaKeyMaKey library to your Arduino folder (SparkFun has some pretty good instructions: learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/makey-makey-advanced-guide)... and at that point, you can try editing the MaKeyMaKey sketches (.ino files) to change it (and just re-Upload to MaKeyMaKey over your USB cable). You can see the changes I made for this experiment here: github.com/tiegz/RoyMaKeyMaKey/compare/sparkfun:master...master Power: I had the MaKeyMaKey connected over USB to my computer while I was editing/testing my modified sketches. Once I felt comfortable with that, I plugged it into a small Apple 1 Amp/5 Volt USB adapter instead (the ones you can power an iPhone with) into the wall, and powered the MaKeyMaKey with that. I was also able to power the 5 servos by connecting their Voltage/Ground wires in parallel (iirc) on a breadboard, and hooking that circuit up to MaKeyMaKey's 5V port. (I'm not an EE tho, so the circuit was probably flawed in some way, but it worked).
Wish I backed to the kickstarter when the roy hand was being offered.. price went up a lot.. nevertheless I want to buy it but Brians site does not offer you to chose international shipping nor does he seem to respond to any messages... which is worrying because lead time is rather large and while I really want to buy it I'm worried that if something is wrong there is no way for me to reach him.

thanks! I just used some HXT900s (www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__662__HXT900_9g_1_6kg_12sec_Micro_Servo.html). It looks like they have a torque of 1.6kg/cm.
+Tieg Zaharia if you reprogrammed the buttons to control the hands,what would happen if you attached the cords to your fingers(the ones that attach to the buttons)?
