Apparently, the clip at 5:18 is supposed to be a hand sign for "help me". It's a remake of other clips that show different people needing help but is near the perpetrator and signing that hand sign.
Translation for the TikTok at 7:50:
"There can be 100 or 1000 people/thugs behind you. But there's just one person in front of me" (at that point in time).
My hunch is that it's probably from a movie between the hero and the villain who are about to fight (where the villain doesn't have his crew). Not sure of the movie though. Hope it helped! :)
