Are 2 dry and 1 damp atop enough to remove solution from lashes?
What about tinting bottom lashes?
The bottom lashes do get tinted. When you remove the second step and clean the lashes before the tint, we use a new eye pad and keep the bottom lashes exposed so that they are both getting tinted.
How soon do you typically have your clients repeat their brow lam/ lashlift combo. And can you use the elleeplex directly after lashlift? How frequently should they use it at home for after care and do you use the elleeplex after brow lam and home care for those as well or is there another product to utilize that better for the brows? We have clients come in for their lash and brow combo every 6-8 weeks.
You can use Elleeplex aftercare immediately after lift and lamination services! 😊 It’s recommended that clients use it every day, twice a day for maintenance of lashes and brows. Elleeplex aftercare is definitely our top choice for aftercare and the gold standard for nourishing hairs to keep them the healthiest! 🌟

We typically recommend the Elleeplex Clear Aftercare for homecare to hydrate the brows. We also use the Elleeplex ReGen next gen mixed with our tint for added hydration during the service!

I thought Profusion it is recommended to us a heat source with step 1?

Great question!
You can definitely add heat to step 1 (lamination lotion) and step 2 (setting lotion) when using the Elleeplex Profusion, as needed.
Generally, for more humid or warmer climates heat isn’t needed unless the goal is to speed up processing times.

So you can use water immediately after a lash lift and brow lamination? I just ask because you used a damp q tip.

Great question! Elleebana protocol does allow cool water to be used immediately after lash lifts or laminations (hot water, steam, and high temperatures should always be avoided).
It is best to avoid water on the eyebrows after brow lamination. However, we do use a very minimal amount on a damp q-tip at the end of the service to ensure all lotions are properly removed from the hair and skin. This helps avoid unnecessary sensitivities and reactions.
Do you need to make sure you take out your contacts on your appt., day?
We always recommend removing contacts before a lift and tint service.
So, you don't, tint bottom lashes?
You can tint the bottom lashes by removing the eye pads to cleanse the lotions off the lashes before tinting. You can reposition the pads to expose the bottom lashes so that they can be tinted with the top lashes.

Is there a reason why we can’t use one shot for lamination?
Because the one shot’s active ingredient is TGA, it is too strong to be used on the brow safely.

You’ll definitely want to switch over to the elleeplex profusion system for brow lamination. It’s very gentle but super effective for the brows!

if you ever have a client complain of stinging, i find i have a couple of clients during a tint that they dont have a great seal when they close their eyes, if during a lash lift if they get any product in the eye, do you rinse and start over or just stop all together?
I would say it would depend on the situation. If my client is really uncomfortable, I would definitely make sure to rinse and assess the situation.
Can you do henna first and then do a brow lamination ? And how long should I wait until the lamination

Elleebana recommends spacing henna & lamination treatments two weeks apart to avoid over-drying hair or over-stimulating skin.
Hello, if i understood correctly , you apply the first product, the setting product and then would i be able to wax and then tint (or tint and then wax) and then lastly apply the Regen next gen to finish????

Per Elleebana protocol, we actually don’t wax during a lamination. Because the lotions (and any brand laminating lotion) alters the pH of the hair and skin, it puts the skin at risk for lifting, reaction, and irritation when combined with hair removal. Instead, we recommend any brow shaping service 48 hours post lamination treatment.
The ReGen is a “finishing” step, or can be mixed with the setting lotion or tint to speed up the process. ♥️
What were the timings for brows? Also what are the times for step 2 for both lash and brows?

Can you just do the regen as the last step for the lash lamination? Instead of mixing it with the tint?
Great question! You absolutely can. ☺️ The new ReGen can be used mixed in with setting lotion, mixed in with tint, or as a standalone step.
Can we apply any after care to the lashes immediately after lamination and tint?

We recommend only using Elleebana aftercare products. Since it’s nearly impossible to text all other lines with our system, we can not guarantee perfect results otherwise.

why don't you have to glue brow lam in to shape first?

Great question! With our brow lamination process there is no glue needed. Once the lotion is applied to the hairs it allows you to shape the brows as needed. We find that any glue applied to the brow hairs only creates a temporary barrier that could result in lotions not penetrating properly.
