This woman is such a great talker. I'm not Jewish but she inspires my belief in the Jewish God.

Finally! This is the best presentation on this complex subject matter I have come across so far. Even most rabbis leave it at "It's simply God's will, you don't have to explain it." More captivating and logical than I was expecting. Thank you very much.

It’s an absolute truth that keeping Kosher brings a closer to HaShem on a deeper spiritual level. One becomes more susceptible to Torah study and observant.

Definitely yes. God created Jews with a purpose. Healthy food in adequate quantity ensures that your diet is so balanced to enable you to do what you are blessed to do. For example kosher food reduces the workload of your digestive system and ensures better health . Pigs spread diseases and " worms " especially when undercooked. Modern life hygiene permits consumption of all types of food. Kosher ensures you are sure of what will keep you healthy. Choice is yours. You have to complete your tasks of a livelihood.

Beautifully said. It’s hard to find a practical understanding of the spiritual. Thank you for delivering this message.

I fell out when she said "Shaniqua put that down, it ain't kosher!" That she wasn't Jewish but just said that to get her to leave it, made me bust out laughing! 🤣

Everything in Judaism has reasons and meaning, even if we dont understand it! As king David stated , I am the king of Israel but I am just a worm!

It's my understanding that we're to avoid certain foods to remind us of our free will, our ability to choose. That we're made in Gods image.

I only eat kosher meat (rarely) turkey and chicken.
I eat less because unfortunately too much is not healthy connection to heart disease . I try to eat more fruit and vegetables. Chicken, turkey and meat are an exception and a treat on occasion.
Good to read nutrition labels for fat content.
Too many kosher manufacturers use unhealthy oils and fats in their products.
I make my own kugels, matzoh balls and soup without eggs and oil.
    No more deli meats.
    Cakes with 10gms of fat!
    It's a big problem
Also some things labeled kosher I question
    Kosher bottled water?
I have seen "kosher" tablecloths made in China?
What makes a tablecloth kosher from a Communist country?
I think this is a scam and people are being scammed.
I avoid buying certain items in "kosher stores". Same products much cheaper in kosher sections of regular supermarkets.
I'm in NYC so have selection.
PS been to Crown heights abd enjoyed shopping there.

I have been eating Biblically clean now for a few years. We believe the whole Bible is true and relevant to our lives today. I haven't been full kosher diet but it is something to think about

I liked your post. The most powerful understanding and explanation of why we believe what we believe. Many truths revealed in the book The Land of Meat and Honey by Dr. Shmuel Asher. Many of his books are found on Amazon. Soul Revolution, The Greater Exodus, The Asher Codex. Recently published The Essene Law with translation and commentaries. Must reads!!

Just my opinion, God gives you sensible food ideas, its up to you to follow them. Look at Kosher vs non Kosher fish. Just cleaning a catfish is more of a hassle than, lets say, a carp. But both are basically bottom feeders. 😎😄👍👍

Regarding surprise at someone non Jewish in the grocery store mentioning kosher... there are some Christian groups that follow a number of the Jewish dietary laws and therefore buy kosher products. That's where I thought that story was going at first.

Yes! There are Jews, messianic Jews ( Those that accept Jesus) and Christian’s who accept their. “Root beliefs” as Jewish, and eat Kosher.

In the past HaShem used for discipline what Jews should eat. Today when we eat it is not part discipline.
