    hi, what a nice recipe !! but i have a question, I've been making this creampuff so many times but i find that the crisp won't last long. Any tips to make it crispy for a long time? tq :)

      Thank you! :) Choux pastry should always be eaten fresh, since it quickly absorbs the moisture from the filling. :)
