Yes it is. It shows Allen being reborn into Mothy. Before Capriccio Farce was out, we weren't sure if the Len in Re_birthday was Allen, Hansel or a random Len. Then came Capriccio Farce showing that it was Allen. By looking at the lyrics of Re_birthday and reading a bit of the novels, we decided that Re_birthday happened at around EC505-EC999. So in Conclusion... Allen+Timeline+Lyrics=Re_birthday is Clockwork Lullaby and Story of Evil.

That said, I feel like she did love him back in Daughter of White (she looked like she was returning the hug), which is why I think who she loved changed over the years. I got the impression that either way she trusted him on some level, though; had she not died in the well, Kaito would have eventually arrived to take her to a safer location. She didn't object to this plan.
