Hiii,m thanks this was so inspirational, I’m only 10 years old and this year I want to fast as much as possible, with my school timings and after school lessons it’s hard to pray, and usually I only pray Fajr and Maghrib, but I do tasbeeh as much as possible, and I am trying to memorise my Quran by heart, before I used to make a fuss now a couple weeks ago I only realised that I should do it with a good intention. My mom doesn’t fast because of health and she takes medications so it isn’t needed for her to, my grandma does and she teaches me prayers, I’m trying my best to learn nyself

0:31 It's my first time hearing this tradition, it's really cool! Here in my country, the adhan is sudden and I happen to not hear the pre-adhan sometimes. I remember my first ramadan fasting I was drinking water and then the adhan called suddenly so I rushed to spill the water in my mouth but then I slipped and fell before even doing it 😂 Anyway, I'm really excited for Ramadan this year! may Allah make it this year a blessed month for us and accept all of our fast and prayers ^^

Assalamu Alaikum. Looking back on your older tafakkur sessions, I prefer this way, bc it has the subtitles so if I have to keep my volume down, I still know what you are saying. But still it is completely up to you. This tafakkur session reminded me to say Alhamdulillah and thank Allah for the sun, earth, sunset, etc.
The ending about the not rising and setting suddenly reminds me of something that my father used to always say; "Be thankful that the earth doesn't suddenly stop spinning because that would mean thousand mile and hour winds all throughout the earth." Just as much as I couldn't imagine a sudden sunrise or sunset, I couldn't imagine the world to stop spinning all of a sudden. I guess that's another thing for us to be thankful for.
