A national level topper (AIR 2) in many entrance exams with many academic and non-academic achievements, I have recently passed out as M.S. General Surgeon from one of the India's reputed medical institute - AIIMS J.
A son of a farmer, coming from a poor family of small village, my father is still running a small chocolate shop in village. My family of 4 persons was running on a minimal earnings of 2500rs./month since past 30 years and I literally used to think multiple times before asking parents for even a single penny and usually used to avoid that until it’s extremely needed. Studying by borrowing books from his seniors, I also suffered depression, negativity, bullying and many ups downs during my journey.
Despite of so much difficulties, he never excused about his problems. No, I am neither inborn talented, nor I have some special senses. I have worked by my own ways and created many out of the box, smart ways that helped me to gain very high amount of success in very less amount of time and energy.
Although I am a doctor, I am also very passionate about guiding my younger brothers and sisters! I believe that if you have something more than others, you should give it to those in need! And for that, what is a more better option than knowledge!

If one is really passionate about something and believes he wouldn't be able to achieve his passions or goals staying there, then there's nothing wrong with moving to a different place to achieve it. Yes you can be loyal to your country while doing what you love or what you wanted. If you can give your achievements back to your country then there's nothing better than that to prove your loyalty.

My dad is a 3rd year professor at a medical college in Kerala, he once had exchange students and interns from Sweden come to the college as an exchnage program and he was surprised beyond belief.
The way the students had been trained was very research oriented, their reports were top notch, the system was high performing and the students were highly motivated, invested and quick like they were already experts. There is no toxicity, no hindu muslim drama, only professionalism and the drive to increase their expertise whilst having a good work life balance.
So if doctors wanna reach new heights in their professionalism why stop them? Because obviously the system, the opportunities and the income is all better out there

Bcoz the hierarchy system is sort of never ending and suppose I am JR3 and I somehow convince my batch to stop the toxic culture, then our batch who faced so much toxicity for years have to face it in more amount that year, do more work…as e can’t force our juniors to ease our work unlike how our seniors treated us .
And basically everyone is so so tired of working and all that there is no energy left to be put into my revolutionary work.

Taxing and crime rate is higher and pollution, traffic , gender bias, even a country side hospital in USA is better than metro. The culture is better , you can be above 30 and not married in medical field, people will not question you. Life will be more independent. safety issues for women and r*pe rate is higher. So nooo

My mom is a gov teacher she works at a school 20kms from our town in Andhra Pradesh sometimes i used to drop & pick her up on the way we pass through 3 villages each with atleast 20k population & not a single MBBS doctor im currently in 3rd year Mbbs & after completing medical i will stay in india itself & visit such villages everyday

People defending reservation is same as people defending casteism. Reservation is kinda 'organised casteism' and one needs basic common sense to understand that and a bit of self esteem and courage to admit that.

Sir my elder brother is working in an aviation industry in germany , i recently went to meet him and was their for 2 weeks , trust me when i say this ki ek dum aisa feel ho rha tha ki covid aa gaya fir se matlab bahut jyada isolated sa mehasoos hota h , and the main reason behind that is their population density, kuch bhi kaho but apna india best h , ha bahut sare drawbacks ho sakte h but maza to idhar hi h 😊

India mai allopathy ke doctors ke liye respect isiliye kam hoti ja rhi h kyuki most of the doctors ab paise kamane per dhyan dete hai seva bhav nahi rh gya h unme. Itni high fees rakhte hai or faltu ke test karwate hai jisse unhe dalali mile phle doctors ko bhagwan mante the per ab to roj thukai hoti h doctors ki aaye din sirf unki paiso ki bhukh ke karan
Fees zyada jitna logon ko lagta hai, utna bhi nahi hai. Atually maximum doctors ki fees fair hi hoti. Specialist doctors ek consultation k liye 500-1000 lete hai. Ab koi specialist doctor banke practice set karne mein uska age 35-40 ho jaata hai. To understand the fairness of this means, ye dekho ki similar age mein jo comparable careers mein hai unki income kya hai. Matlab jo software engineers hai, CAs hai, MBA graduates hai iss same age mein kitna kamate hai. Dekhoge koi zyada difference nahi hai. In fact doctors jitna hours dete hai kaam mein, inke comparison mein Kam hi hoga.
Point is hume hamesha lagta hai ki samnewaala ko zyada mil Raha hai aur Hume Kam. Dusre ke perspective se sochenge toh samjhenge wo bhi koi bohut kamaa Raha hai Aisa nahi hai. Specialist doctors nowadays struggling to earn more than 2-3 lakh per month even after 40. In a country, where top professionals get 30-40 lpa packages at 40, doctors ki income jitni honi chahiye, usse Kam hi hai, zyada nahi hai😅 Lekin haa, jo kuch doctors unethical practice karte hai, wo bilkul galat hai, usko kabhi bhi mein support nahi karta. Lekin apne hak ka Paisa kamana kuch galat nahi hai, doctors deserve the money as they are also working professionals, unko kuch free ka nahi milta.

If a student took 3 years of drops for NEET Ug and them become a doctor , no one wants again a drop for PG that's why many doctors preffering abroad, where the career opportunities are for deserving candidates not for reserving candidates. That's why the are developed and we are developing.
Professional courses should not have any reservation just like CA exams.
I myself from OBC and after getting rank 31k in NEET not got selected and friends of mine getting rank 1lac are in medical colleges all thanks to reservation, i am not deserving candidate in pov. From the government.
But, we are hard workers and tomorrow is my exam and i will Crack it and become a doctor and go to abroad😅

@@Classymdu. both my elder brothers r trying for usmle and plab and i know the reason behind it.... Its not due to less pay and toxicity.... Pay is around 1lakh 15k after pg which is very good also the work life balance is very good in aiims although there is a very high patient count but due to reservation maximum of my brother's batch r also preparing for international exm those who belong to general category.
I will stay in India till death 💀, I will serve my nation . Only reason I will move if INDIA will become Hindu Rastra .
