“We are living in dangerous times, where once again politicians want to give criminals more rights than victims. I have spent my entire adult life in law enforcement, going after bad guys and fighting legislation that hurts victims instead of helping them. The ‘Fourth Amendment is not for Sale Act’ is another step in the wrong direction. If this bill passes, it WILL allow crime to go UP and our ability to arrest bad guys to go down.
