have been researching dado blade sets and there is not a lot info about on this set, thanks for the review 🙏 you don't happen by any chance to know the length of your arbor bolt? I have a dewalt 7492 table saw and the arbor bolt length is 28mm (approx 1 and 1/8 of an inch) just wondering if I could fit the full stack on and if not how much. Am looking at the 6" version of this set but am assuming its the same width full stack
Mine is the same length. If I use a thin stabilizing washer instead of the standard arbor washer I can fit the full stack without any spacers. Its just a hair over 7/8. To be honest though it will depend partly on the power of the motor on your saw. Mine has a hard time making very deep cuts at that width. And I haven't tried it on hard woods. You could do multiple passes. It cuts 3/4 in plywood and softwood just fine with the regular arbor washer.
This is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks
