Because the shirt on top of being baggy covers the waist line of the pants, making the legs look shorter. If you're short I heavily suggest you start tucking in your shirts, sweaters etc., it'll make you look much better and also give you more confidence as you'll look taller when looking in a mirror.
Clothes can add a lot of illusions. Wearing all one color, or form fitting clothes can make you seem taller. The contrast of his shirt and pants, along with the shirt going past the waist line, mess with his proportions and make him seem shorter. As a fat dude trying to lose weight but has broad shoulders and big arms, if I wear darker shirts and tuck them in, I just look big rather than fat.

@@schizolifter861nah I disagree almost everything fits, lifting is easier bc smaller arms, are usually faster runners and really hard to go against in lots of sports actually. I did boxing and have sparred multiple people 5’6 to 5’9 in the past I used to be afraid of going against taller fighter but honestly going against someone short is more scary there fast and sense there short there hard to hit and punches hurt 100x more then from like a guy 6’3 or so. I’m 6’1 btw so I’m not short but short fighters or runners from my experience in both sports are the hardest to compete with.

You can get upto 155 with pretty much the same shape if you have bigger legs. Legs, especially thighs carry a lot of muscle. And also you can cut some 5-10 lbs further

I was 230 some pounds in july and now cut out all fast food since then and sodas only been drinking lime water , eating much more healthier. Been working everyday with dumbells at home . Split into with 20 min sessions usually throughout the day and try to get to bed 9 or 10 pm everynight . Im feeling much better about my self and weight 203 today . I still got quite a journey to go to reach my lean goal weight with muscle. Which is around 150
Ai at this point is still considered in its infancy with the way it narrates videos but one day it will try to enslave us and use the days we were roasting it against us.😂

This is a good build. If you are 5 foot 4 inches to 5 foot 6 inches, you should aim for 135 to 150 MAX in terms of your weight for weights.
