    CORRECTION: At 1:58 I used the internal energy column instead of the enthalpy column. The correct solution is as follows: 271.2156 is between 263.48 and 273.03, the enthalpies for 20 and 30°C, respectively. Therefore, after interpolation, T2 = 28.1°C
