    I think a lot of people get an extremely skewed view of reality in America. 99% of people couldn't care less about race, ethnicity, background, etc. All the noise about race/racism probably comes from media/social media but it's not really true. Most people are just trying to make their way in life without much hassle. It's kind of wild to make assumptions and draw conclusions about a place you've never been and a people you don't know. But the gentleman was spot on about the lgbtq here, whether you support it or not, it's definitely here.
    If I can make an assumption about Ugandan women, they are much more feminine and ladylike than western women. Femininity is something we have largely lost in the west and it is so nice to see that not everywhere has.

      Very well said and on point. The majority of Americans are not racist and never have been. In fact;most of us never heard of racism. This is an agenda to divide people and from the kingdom of darkness. Unfortunately, due to activists, teachers, politicians and main stream media, the agenda of racism is spreading while it's almost non existent. To many pull the race card as an excuse for bad behavior.

    How cute: in one of these many African countries, where hardly anything is working properly, people are asked to comment on the question, how to make America „a better place to live in“!!! Why don’t they start with making Uganda „a better place to live in“???????

    • @AfricasOpinionFestar
      @AfricasOpinionFestar  9 дней назад +1

      Thank you for your opinion, most Ugandans believe America is a great country.
      But I believe if they talked about issues like racism being a negative thing in America, it's a way of saying that if there are a few things that can change then it will be that dream that everyone has.
      We have no racism in Uganda maybe differences in wealth status.

    I always find it funny when I talk to people from Africa. The things they say about American blacks is funny. Anyone who thinks that whites hate blacks should hear what blacks say about other blacks. It’s pretty out there.

    Good conversation sister...and your skin looks magnifecently rich and beautiful. Some of us have knowledge of our selves, our history, our origin, and knowledge of our own kind. The condition of black self hatred as a direct result of white supremacy is rampant in the Americas, Canada, the UK. A word called "colorism" affects the Black community but it affects our Black brothers and sisters on the Continent and throughout the Diaspora.
    Let's keep up the dalogue with respect.

      African Americans are treated as equals in Africa? Black Americans feel at home in America. I've seen many videos where Black Americans are discriminated in Africa more than in America. Coz the cultures have differed and it's difficult to integrate. Black Americans are seen and treated as foreigners in African countries like Ghana, etc.

    I'm a white American, and my stepmother is Ghanaian. She lives there now. I like that you've started this channel. It would be great if people truly saw these opinions. I've found that in my lifetime, I've seen that people are relatively the same no matter where you go. Color and physical features don't separate humans. What separates humans are morals and values. Most people are good. There are some people who are racist in every country. There will always be troublemakers and evil people in the world, but those people do not speak for everyone. Movies and mainstream media do not tell the truth about the people. They reflect what evil people want societies to believe. They want people to mistrust and hate each other. That's how they stay in power, and that's how they corrupt people, and then people become evil and racist. Where I live, no one is openly racist. We live together and work together side by side. I have black friends, co-workers, and relatives, and no one treats them badly. At my work lots of black people come and go and we are very friendly. I've never seen someone being openly racist in real life. That still, for the most part, is very bad and really frowned upon here. Maybe in big cities you see more of that. Most people have much love for the African people. Americans, for the most part, are middle income about 50 thousand dollars a year. There are however many many poor people. Some only make around 10 thousand or less a year. Some choose to be poor because they won't work and others are unfortunate. There are few upper-class people, 100 thousand, to say 200 thousand a year. Those are usually Dr's and, lawyers , business owners, and things like that. If you're middle income, you don't really see people like that. And people who are truly rich, you never see. They don't want to hang around you. America loves all people, and most Americans are friendly and love everyone feel free to come here and don't be afraid just stay out of the big cities and you will meet the real people of America and most Americans love meeting people from other countries

    Americans are mostly hard working people. We tend to blend well together except for those who fall victim to the media propaganda. America is a great country to live in. This video is really good to see how the people of Uganda view us. Again the media and social media do not truly represent the American people in an accurate way. We are not all rich, we are not all racist, we are not all hungry for war. We are mostly just hard working people trying to make our best life.

      Especially the ladies are always closed off, I guess it's because they are in a foreign country and by the way Somalians are good at business, I agree they are always willing to start anything as longer as it's not against their religion.

    We come to Africa, not looking for adventure alone. We come to Africa looking for our Ancestral home. The land where our great grandparents where sold and stolen from multiple generations ago. I wish Africans understood that we are not there to take or steal from them, we want to connect with them, learn from them, and ultimately, become family again.
