This is so great seeing you work with him with such patience. Kinda brings tears to my eyes. He'll remember these times for the rest of his life. God bless you dad!!!

You just can not buy this kind of education. Knowledge passed down from father to son is the truest form of education. Sadly i lost my father last year but whenever i am working on a project or get stuck in a situation i hear his voice and words of advice so clear i could swear he was sitting right with me. Cherish these moments. Well done to both of you

    Brother,..you are, DOING IT, RIGHT!!!
    I'm proud of you!
I'm proud, of your boy (son)!!
DON'T STOP FILLING HIS BRAINS WITH YOUR WISDOM!!!
What you are doing, IS NOT ON U-TUB!!!
Continue to raise him, to be the man, you are!

I truly admire this. I would have enjoyed to be taught like this when I was growing up. Priceless...

I didn't catch if you are Dad, Stepdad, Uncle or neighbor, but you are 1. An awesome man and 2. An incredible teacher. I can't wait to follow your channel and see if he catches on and it becomes a passion for him. You are a great camera man as well. Thanks.

PPE! I know it's more "manly" not to use correct hearing, hand and eye protection, but there is also a price to pay in the long term. Nice episode. Thank you.

A wire wheel polishes the metal and should be followed by a sandpaper that gives the metal some tooth for the primer to bond to. It needs to be matte finished and not shiny or you increase the risk of peeling. An acid etching product also works, but sometimes causes peeling if not completely neutralized. You've got some nice Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth products there and they're going to be awesome restored.

Look into "Dustless Blasting" when it comes to striping metal. You can strip that entire door in 10 minutes and not worry about any warpage. Door will look like new sheet metal. :)

Nice video, your father does an excellent job at explaining the processes and why. You do a great job learning and following. These moments you will remember fondly later and you will have abilities beyond so many around you. The only criticism is perhaps use music that doesn't have lyrics as they tend to distract from what is happening.

I see nobody using Zero Rust, even when they do the testing on what's the best, the stuff is awesome, about a million times better than Por15

Corroseal is a good product, but it is a primer also. So you want to prep the metal like you are going to be applying primer. You applied it like you would be using Ospho or Phosphoric acid.
