I never played this game but from the dialogue that was there a bit beforehand, I assumed that he was being burned by the "mitochondrial energy" that was being released by the ultimate being. The same one that destroyed the ships (though probably not as intensely as it was at that time).
@@AMRsti93 I'm going to assume that the RE2 remake will inspire them to remake Parasite Eve, just like the original Resident Evil series likely inspired Square Enix's own RPG equivalent.

I personally always got stuck fighting the Ultimate Being adults form for the longest time. Museum was also confusing. Now working on Chrysler building for true boss ending which better explains why her powers in 2 are crap
I remember 1 time on the Ultimate Being Battle GOT PERFECT with the 1st and 2nd phases with Liberates and some Grenade launcher's hits but the 3rd I coud't do the PERFECT and the 4th is really a JOKE xD
In my opionion second part was fucked up. First was clear and easy to end, second was like resident evil with parasite eve. And btw moving in PE2 was completly fucked up
Stop screwing up these new games by remaking timeless classics into soulless cash grabs. I'd rather play the old ones then suffer thru garbage (re remakes) 2, 3, and 6 🐕💩

The atmosphere and music to this game is incredible, I’ve still never seen anything like it

This game had it all: Kickass soundtrack, innovative gameplay and a superb atmosphere.
Since Capcom is remaking the old RE games maybe Square should take notice and remake the PE's as well

En ninguna parte dice que sea una pasada experta, aunque si no juega muy bien XD
Este juego es una joya olvidada, de cuando los juegos salian completos al lanzamiento y daban dias de entretenimiento
bajo mi punto de vista mientras menos poderes se usen, más se disfruta de la batalla. Jamás ocupo Liberate por lo mismo
