    Healthy Banana Bread Recipe 🍞
    120g flour
    50g ground almond
    10g baking powder
    2g salt
    3 ripe bananas
    80g butter
    50g sugar
    2 eggs
    50g Walnuts
    1) In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth (leave a few chunks if you prefer a little texture).
    2) In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until the mixture is light and creamy in texture. Add in the eggs and mix well.
    3) Mix in the smashed bananas.
    4) In a large mixing bowl, combine Flour, ground almonds, salt, and baking powder. Whisk them together until evenly combined.
    5) Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add walnuts. Mix it until well incorporated.
    6) Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake it in the preheated oven for about 50-60minutes. Before serving allow the bread to cool on a rack.
    Feel free to adjust the measurements to your taste.
