Got it into my head to have a look at your older videos, and I'm very glad I did. Several new ideas about how to improve my own diet (and meal/pause times). Have implemented some changes, and I may "report" on how I'm feeling in a few months or so in a comment field in one of your videos :) Thank you!🌹

Wow- amazing content. My husband and I did a raw food cleanse years ago and while my husband felt terrific I immediately lost all strength & energy. My guess is he is a pitta and I’m Vata.
I’m excited to try out your recommendations.
    Thanks for sharing ❤️

All your information is information that we know very well in Canada,
and I agree with everything that you have said.
It is old, but it is all proven with science today.

Sahara Rose ***** I don't know which dosha I am, I think I am a pitta or a vata. I don't have a pitta personality, that competitive typ that you mentioned. I'm nothing like that. But I can get irritated when I don't eat or if it's hot weather.
I have often very cold hands and feet, and if they aren't cold, then the few times they're not, they kinda sweaty.
My joints are sometimes painful and cracking.
I have a bad digestion. It feels like I have a very bad metabolism. I used to have a good one when I was younger, up to when I was around 20. I was quite bony up til then, with ribs and hips sticking out. But now I get bloated and gain weight whatever I'm eating. It's really frustrating. I weigh 12 pounds more than I should.
I can't stand hot weather, so summer isn't the best for me.
I can't stand spicy foods. And I don't really like fatty foods either.

Jenny hmmm looks like you have several imbalances-- definitely a kapha one, but also pitta as well. i would have to assess your body to tell. let me know if you would like to schedule a consultation! sahara@eatfeelfresh.com
