- The sun was out so we decided to take a trip to explore and learn more about the Island. We visited Platges De Comte, Cala Vedella & Cala D'Hort with Es Vedra in the background. The BSA performed excellently and a lovely day was had...

The island is really nice I have to admit. Sea is beautiful very clear and very blue, it's cloudy now and a bit windy but we've still had a lovely sunset tonight! Thanks, Sean

I do love Wales, I grew up there, on a sunny day it's incredible, but those are far and few between. I remember I moved back there around 10 years go and it was January, it rained every single day that month, I remember I was on the phone to my Dad (parents still live in Wales) I asked Dad does it actually ever stop raining? Even compared to England, Wales seems to get more than it's fair share 🌧️💧🌬️

Hahaha thanks Mark, was a nice day actually. Suzie doesn't really ride pillion much at all in the UK but she seems to have taken to it here, same as the new jacket shes got. Good to see it getting some use 😄

Wow what a lovely ride out. I may need to bring forward my bike purchase for the Costa Brava. The riding season out here is pretty much all year round. And those blue skies and sunshine - what’s there not to like.

It's got a bit cloudy today but yes I admit yesterday was a blinder!
Not so jealous up here in Lancashire its chucked it down all day with about 7 degrees max. The fabulous sound of the big thumper has left me thinking that hopefully my GoldStar will soon come out of hibernation, but off roading is definitely not on my agenda although you handled those rough bits very well.
I'm from Wales originally Ian so I know rain ☔☔ 😂. It really is magical isn't it the 652cc single on this bike, such a shrewd move by BSA to pair the new bike with that lump. I do worry a little bit about going on gravel and mud with these tyres, seems you can fall off on perfect tarmac 😂 let alone gravel. I'm going to swap them out when I can. Thanks 🙏👍

Not bad is it, I dont think I'll be able to explore the whole island in the remaining two weeks but I'll try and get in a couple more rides at least!

Hi Larry, thanks for the feedback, we will try and get at least a couple more rides in before leaving the island. I work remotely so I've been working in the weekdays, sadly RUclips doesn't pay the bills 🤔, not at this level anyway. I'm riding bikes and making videos more for fun and because motorcycles are a passion, plus we like to travel so there is usually something of interest to film 😎. Thanks for the comment 🙏
Great riding shots and what a lovey looking sea. Not had a pillion on mine so was watching intently as you drove down the gravel. Be interesting to see how the planed the Chang affects all that in stock suspension.
Thanks Lumpy, I'm not usually a fan of on board shots but the scenery is so nice here, seemed a shame not to include it. These sort of gravel roads are why I want more aggressive tyres, theres a lot to explore but I feel a bit limited with the Pirellis...

You know what Phil, I couldn't for the life of me work out how to attach the BSA official duffle (is that what it's called? Not sure). The provided straps didn't seem up to it, I didn't know whether I had them all included or what so I used a couple of spares from my panniers and onto the classic bike racks BSA rack. I'm so pleased to have found a bike that I like and can see myself having it for a long old time, if it stays reliable. Did you also recommend 'By the curb' before with James and Helen? I did watch it yes and it's really good, I'm not sure we could do that, sometimes I do have imposter syndrome 🤔. At the moment I'm doing the Ibiza videos really because people have asked for them... Let's see if we can do 1-2 more before we leave ☺️! Cheers

Hi Chris, yes silly me I remembered a UK sticker for the car, even one for the trailer then got here and the most important bit was the bike and I clean forgot about it 😂. The rear mudguard is plastic so you can't use a magnetic one in any case. Technically it must be an oval shape but I'm hoping the Guardia Civil would award me some points for effort 😂
Thanks guys, loved the intro music and the "Air Mail" frame. Looking how it is in Feb don't you think July and August might be unbearable temperatures even with a sea breez as well as thousands of partying tourists (just a thought) 😅
Thanks Bob, I was thinking that was a little 'cheesy' but decided to go for it 😂. Yes it's warm here now and as it's a small island it would get very very busy in the summer, perhaps too much to be honest. Portugal is on the agenda and that I imagine will be a lot more spacious!

Hi Ian, I'm not sure as it's our first time here. It's been constantly above 15*C but some days have been cloudy and windy, of course it's nicer to ride in the sunshine so naturally we've filmed days out when it's been sunny 😎

Hi Metro, yes, its fantastic, the road between Ibiza town and San Antoni is there only really busy road. Where did you move to? Thanks for the comment 😊

Is it just me?. On the last two videos it looks like your dials/clocks aren’t working on the bike.
They start at 1pm Ryan if that's it? It's a BSA heritage thing. Needle starts at 1pm and sweeps down and around. Still clockwise but different starting point. Or is there something else? Thanks 👍
Suzie you really do have to work on that almost non existent Spanish accent of your Pilot, but nearly all apparently speak English anyway, so where's the problem I suppose!
I know someone who lived many years on the Island, but has now moved back to mainland Spain, as it has changed so much over the years, being run down and ill treated by the many thousands of mainly young and wild youngsters, mostly all from Germany and UK, who only come to party and cause havoc.
Thanks Steve, ah man languages are not my forte 😂. Yes the island does have a slightly 'rougher' look than mainland Spain, bit of graffiti here and there, roads not maintained etc and it's furiously expensive and home to the ultra high net worth types (you must know them from Switzerland haha). Where did you friend move to out of interest? Thanks 🙏
@@MindfulMotorcyclist after almost 20 yrs on the island, she's now in a very small village about an hour inland from Denia. She and a Dutch woman are rhe only two foreigners there.

I have always spent any leftover money on bikes and touring... and kids before they left home. Yep, Switz is so central in Europe as a base to travel from in every which direction. Pity about the long winters though.
