@@cinniboy4722 It is a lot more simple than what you think. The AI is just a decision tree when a player comes near the zombie proximity. Then there is a delay to swing at the player, with a cool down to swing again. On World At War the zombies have a higher delay to swing which pauses them in place, allowing a player to easily juke them before getting hit.
Fun fact about Double Tap 2.0: if you use a sniper rifle like the DSR, you can actually see the bullets split into two, like it shows on the perk icon, and because the bullets are the exact same, it doesn’t half the damage but instead doubles it, hehe. It’s my absolute favorite perk of all time.
Yup. And cars are generally my preferred method of transport to get to work. Why walk 40 miles to work everyday when you can drive a car instead? Saves a lot of headaches trust me. I recommend.

Jugg on Verruckt and Shi No Numa was absolutely broken. On those maps, instead of the perk increasing your health to 250, it would instead increase your health to 160 and increase health regen by 2.5x.
Widows Wine also had two additional effects. Those being able to one hit knife zombies until round 5. When you going in for the knife, you'll see your knife is laced with venom. The second is a defense mechanism. I'd a zombie hits you, instead of taking damage, a spider grenade goes off, trapping zombies, giving you time to either get away or gun them down. Be careful with this perk though. If you need a crawler to explore or take a break, then have a teammate that doesn't have widows make the crawler, use a ray gun or if you're on Zetsubo no Shima, grow a plant that traps a zombie for you.
Fs, I'd personally put it at #5. If you could run this perk with a thunder gun or wonderwaffe, really any infinite dmg weapon that used ammo!!! I swear I want to try it so bad.
Ngl I think Vulture Aid is better than Jugg. It gives you the ability to send the zombies away, free ammo drops, and free bonus point drops. It also makes finding everything in Buried easier.
I would argue speed cola instead of double tap since most maps EE and high rounds revolve around using a wonder weapon which isn’t effected by double tap
bo3 Speed cola kinda useless with fast mags, so i run Jugg, widows, double tap, and staminup. but any other game i run speed cola. the prime set up is Jugg, Double tap, Staminup, and speed cola. Tho idk why u picked mule kick when its very expensive and when u go down its gone
Underrated perk: Tombstone. On town with friends they can revive you once get enough perks to buy 3 and then who's who again you could stack perk until it messed up the perks and made them OP. This would be like 10 of the same perks, but having all the perks instead of the 4 max was insane.
Small correction on something I see wrong all the time, double tap 2.0 doesn’t actually double your damage, for ever single round you fire from a bullet gun, it fires 2 instead while only taking one from your mag, if you don’t ads and shoot at a wall it proves this actually, will cause 2 bullet holes per shot
I loved all the perks in Cold War especially with the upgrade system but the Bo3 speed cola and widow’s Wine (I wish it was in more games) are still my favorite perks
widows wine is pretty nice for origins from what ive seen on bo3, the grenades can be thrown farther so you can save some generators being tooken from far away

Not very people will know that in Cod: Mobile they reverted Double Tap 2.0 to work like how 1.0 did. It says "shoot two bullets at once" but what it really does is take two bullets from your mag with one trigger pull, and so you're doing a lot of reloading.
For me it will always be Phd flopper my first zombies map was Ascension and god damn it was fun to train a giant pile of zombies then dolphin div3 in and kill them all
Widows wine is such a beginner perk I stopped using it a couple years ago. I wish there was a way in all maps to be able to get rid of perks cause ever time I use perkaholic I just waste all the nades instantly

Speed Cola over Staminup anyway. Running faster versus reloading and fixing barricades faster. Also Quick revive over Widows because it allows you to revive yourself in solo which literally saves your run. And you get that extra chance 3 times
Disagree. Coming from a Solo player, Widows > QR anyday. If I go down it’s usually higher rounds and the game is lost before I can even make it back to get a Perka or QR.

DT 2.0 does NOT double fire rate like it’s predecessor. It increases fire rate by 33% that 17% loss is made up for by the fact that it makes your weapon shoot 2 bullets for the price of one out of the mag (not counting projectile and explosives e.g. the raygun and rocket launcher)
Phd slider and jug cause if you get stuck in a circle you still have time to get your buddy over but if you’re playing solo or you’re friend can’t come in time you’re screwed
Stamin Up being on the list at all nevermind number 2 slot is criminal. BO3 sliding basically made that perk irrelevant. PhD Flopper cancels out fall damage, splash damage, AND explosive damage so it should've taken that spot. It makes the Ray Gun useable past round 20 for hordes.
Despite I dont hate stamin up I don't think it deserves #2, #5 might be a lot better but nice list, I just think perks that can save your life like both widows and winters are better.
Staminup is incredible for making training viable where it isn't. It's a crutch on huge maps, but also makes tight loops much easier so you won't get choked out. Plus it doesn't have a limit.

It's a quality of life perk, but it's not really better than double tap 2.0 or even speed cola. It's a pretty mediocre perk in all honesty, but it is rather fun to use.
I think widows wine should be atleast number 2 if not 1. Its literally better than juggernaut in some instances. It’s very very useful. The only downside is it’s only in black ops 3 zombies

Cold war perks too? Because if so Quick Revive is perhaps the best perk of all of them. Less Health Regen. Delay making it almost instant, faster Health Regen, revive other players faster and if you die you kill a zombie to revive yourself especially with the actually good raygun.
In cold war PhD slider and staminup is the best perk combo for higher rounds. You need that movement more than anything any other perk provides.

You can just throw the grenades so that there are none to detonate when you get hit
