Kumkat Wood is my go to fragrance for special occasions! So elegant and underrated
Don't understand why when most people discuss Mancera's best fragrances , Kumquat Wood is rarely brought up . True meaning of a hidden gem !
Yeah it's pretty good. Some people think it's too much though. I've seen some negative things about it across the Internet.
I heard someone say that kumkat wood smells like Chanel edition Blanche, a lemon meringue pie type of scent, is that similar or is different?
Kumkat Wood is my favorite Mancera. I also have tried Holidays which I bought for my partner. That leans too feminine for me, but smells good. I also have Aoud Lemon Mint.
Amber Fever is so good , Mancera in general is very nice
I've never tried a Mancera but black to black is on my shopping list 🙏
I've tried (and own) and number of Manceras, but from this list I only have Holidays. I love that fragrance though, wore it on my vacation and now have great memories every time I put it on.
Jardin Exclusif is definitely a copy or inspiration of Erba Pura, a more feminine version of Erba Pura. Love Kumkat Wood, it is somehow very reminiscent of Icon Racing by Alfred Dunhill mixed with SIlver Mountain Water. Love Mancera house, it is crazy that they offer really great variety of scents, great quality, great performance, 120ml size and at times even better prices than now designer houses.
Jardin Exclusif was released in 2018 whilst Erba pura was released one year later so it definitely was not a copy of Erba Pura.
@@noham225 Not really. Erba Pura was released back in 2013 as Sospiro aka secondary house of Xerjoff. In 2019 Erba Pura was rereleased under the Xerjoff name.

I actually prefer the less hyped frags from Mancera like Aoud Violet and Sand Aoud. Hindu Kush is really good as well IMO.

Michella from CurlyFragrance used to be all about Holidays. Very interested to try Amore Caffe myself. Really hoping the benzaldehyde is dosed properly. So far I've heard good things. ☕

I also watched Omar's Mancera buying guide, I like Kumkat Wood as well, find the opening tart and zingy. I also bought Aoud Violet, check his reaction to it, it's advertised as a Woman's fragrance, but it's not, maybe unisex. I find it to be smooth, good office scent

It's going pretty good, I'm hoping to release this year, but we'll see if it actually happens. I feel like I'm getting a few setbacks making that hard hit.

@@Fragman-Scoop About 80 bottles on my shelf at this moment. But over the years I bought new bottle, sold old ones, bought new bottle again with the money I made with the old bottle. So I tried/owned lots of them. 🙏 Thanks for noticing me 👍😁👌
@@Joel_Matrix Thanks for coming back to me Joel. I’ve started doing a similar thing interestingly. I went up to 110 at one point then thought I am wearing scents I don’t love, maybe just like cut it back by about 25%. Always torn on what to keep and what’s to sell. I am gravitating more towards classic gentlemanly scent profiles recently. Have you found a favourite style or are you interested in smelling new scent profiles?
@@Fragman-Scoop New scent profiles. Lately, I especially like/love the out of the box/weird ones but that are still mass appealing or just appealing. I'm also into finding notes i don't have in my collection. 1 brand I love is Les Liquides imaginaires. Got 2 & might buy more of them.
@@Joel_Matrix Yep I totally get it. Only downside is finding an appropriate time to wear those unique scent profiles. Not seen any reviews I can recall on that brand you mentioned. It sounds great though. I thought my wife had gone to bed tonight so sprayed a cheapie favourite heavily to enjoy. Only she got up and was disgusted at my fragrance lol 😂. Not sure if you have tried Jaques Bogart / One Man Show? It’s so green and obnoxious I absolutely love it. 😊 she quickly went back to bed.
