First off yes those icecream sandwiches melt. If he had pushed onnit just a little the runny insides would have popped out. What happens is like milk in a hot temp it created sort of a skin on the outside of the icecream. The guy blowing out through his ear most likely does have a perforated ear drum. And yes your ears are sorta connected to your mouth and throat. that's how you can build up,pressure to,pop your ears by holding your nose shut and building up pressure. So he's just sending that pressure through his perforated eardrum.
Correction needed: that is not why they don't melt quickly. WalMart brand Great Value ice cream doesn't melt so quickly as some others because they use stabilizers such as calcium sulfate and guar gum. Manufacturers add gums and other ingredients like calcium sulfate and mono diglycerides to help control the melting rate of ice cream. They are also added to stop large crystal formations from forming when the products are taken in and out of the freezer.. - Side note its mostly the Water in the Ice part of the Ice cream that melts so quickly, not the fat from the dairy.
also for the ear thing, that instrument looks like a EWI (electric wind instrument) and is simply a wind powered MIDI controller, so i would imagine its most likely modified in some way where nothing is coming out of his ears at all

Yep, can confirm here. I might have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which my sister has and because of it she had to stop dancing. I started ballet at around age 3, and stopped about.. i think 2021, so about 12 years I was doing ballet. I had to stop because my class was mainly on pointe, and my toes were in so much pain because of it
