    In higher lesions MCP more extended. In Lower lesions MCP more flexed. Therefore less claw in lower lesions. Impact of FDP on MCP flexion make the difference.

    Sir,I also injured by high ulnar Nerve injuries and opt to ain transfer to deep motar nerve and after 5month no improvement seen what will be next plz guide

    I have a family member that couldn't be diagnosed and i think she has this, but its not just the two last fingers its 3 on each hand, can it be something else causing the fingers to claw?

      Ulnar nerve innervates 3rd/4th lumbricals, flexor carpii ulnaris, the hypothenar, interossei and also adductor policus

      cut 2 onions, place them in a dish with half pint of distilled water. Bring this to a boil. Add salt and tumeric. Then put in fridge and leave for exactly 37 minutes. Remove the dish from the fridge and then place one piece of onion on your head whilst balancing this touch your nose with your index finger. Repeat this 100 times. You will be cured of asking silly questions on YT.

    Interossei has more function than adduction and abduction. They do function in MCP flexion too.

    Sir my left hand little finger and half part of my ring finger is tingling everytime, how to test whether I'm suffering from ulnar nerve entrapment or not, if so how to overcome from this.

    My ulnar nerve got cut near wrist but my claw is not so intense as shown I wish I could show. Can it be fixed? I want to know cuz I need the stable grip for playing violin

    There are only three Palmer interossoi.But It's explained as there are four .kindly clarify.

      There a 4 palmar interossei. You ve mistaken with plantar interossei. There are only 3 plantar interossei.

    he said there is no any branch of median nerve at level of arm , but what i knew there is only vasomotor branch to brachial artery from median nerve at level of arm
