The thing is that so many things he does as the leader are behind-the-scenes. We see him do that on these footage a lot too, but there's so much he's done and still do but we don't get to see those moments that much.
Other members and the people around them know how much he works.

Joonie is really a special leader, and I think no-one else could have led BTS. It's no accident the team is as it is and Joonie is the one and only. Can't imagine anyone else doing the job better or at all. Thank God for him! Saw his arrival at Incheon Airport few days ago and his humility, genuineness and shyness is so amazing considering how big they are now. You'd have thought they/he would have gotten used to the attention etc. but not so. So very glad they've maintained their initial philosophy and outlook. They truly are a team and brothers and love each other with such a genuine love it makes me wish I had that kind of relationship with someone, never mind 6 others! I never fail to pray that they remain together and closer and that NOTHING will ever separate them. Life is difficult and things happen so I don't take it for granted. I pray for them daily, and hope that they continue to be best friends. These past 2 years has shown us anything can go wrong and has and that nothing lasts forever, so I PRAY and pray hard. Because I wouldn't want anything to happen to them and I know from experience as a faith filled person that PRAYER ALWAYS WORKS! So do join me ARMY'S and lets keep Bangtan safe, well and happy and with us forever!

namjoon is a great leader and a really good person I learn from him a lot I love his mindset and the way he respects everyone how genuine he is with everyone how he loves his members and the way he deals with things I love him and all the members I really wish them to be happy

Being a person of responsible is very difficult and in that process to keep yourself as you are is way too difficult than we can imagine but the way RM manages 💜💜he is really incredible🤍

i've always said it but being a leader shouldn't be just about you, being selfish and hogging the spotlight
being a leader is basically being in service to those around you which is why yoongi says stuff like 'there is no more benefits, he just does more work' (paraphrasing)
this is why namjoon is such a good leader because he understands what being a leader truly means
unfortunately, i see a fair amount of groups who want to fight over being the leader just because they think it's some prestige title but in reality it is WAY more than that and more so being IN SERVICE to your people
i'm not some big star from a musical group but i was section leader in marching band in high school with a lot of people and just the amount of work you had to do compared to a normal members was above and beyond and you always have to make sure everyone is doing okay and accommodate them even before yourself
namjoon is one of the best leaders i've seen and he deserves all the praise he gets and more

Hiiii Shiki!! Here is also too warm, and we have a big river (the Main) so is pretty humid too T-T + stormy weather at 32ºC... (I still remember that August I got sunburnt in Sweden anyway -____-U).
