I still have The Artist LP that I bought in 1985; it remains one of my favorites. "Thankful on My Knees" is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. It takes me back to my early 20s. I had faith, and I thought I would conquer the world. Instead, I put myself through the wringer, time and time again. But mercy has met me in unexpected places, far too many times for me to even realistically recall. Anyhow, thank you for ministering to me back then, through the years, and tonight.
