    I relate to this completely! Gave up sugar, coffee and packaged foods completely when I was diagnosed with bladder tumor three years ago. I found the determination and discipline to stick to my new eating pattern with two meals a day plus a cup of tea in the evening. But not successful with changing my sleep pattern as yet. Now that is my focus and challenge!

    maam i am a tamilian and my family cannot do without coffee including myself for years and years. Now it is a long time i have not had coffee... It was a big change I made. It was very very difficult but you are right..... if we are adamant we can do it.

    While you practicing intermittent fasting (18hours), do you not feel hungry when you are preparing and serving dinner for your family ? and also how do you manage your intermittent fasting when there are festivals, family/friends dinner, etc.?

    Absolutely agree with you mam, no pain no gain, 1 month back i stopped having rice, fried items, cut out on sugar, no junk food, only fruits and veggies and other healthy foods, combined with brisk walking daily and i lost almost 4kgs, initially it was very difficult, but i m so happy and feel lighter and energetic the entire day

    Wow.. I am from Spore and I have been told tht I should sleep early for long time now and this video of yours has inspired me to do that.I sleep at 2am and wake up only at 10.30 am..and miss my bfast. Been having a lot of indigestion issues... So now will try early to bed and rise. Thanks for all your lifestyle nd cooking tips.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with us. This is very relatable to me. I too have been struggling with going to bed early. Late nights are really hard on me as I have four school aged kids and as you said, the mornings were a mad rush. But now I am trying to sleep early and wake up early, which feels so good.

    Same here I also left filter coffee in the morning same like you, 1 week no sugar no good so stopped. But as a mid meal I will have little black coffee with 2 walnut & 1 fig.

    It is so beautiful to hear from you, someone with a normal life as us all a journey towards a simple basic life including food habit...we can resonate with you...I learnt so many breakfast and lunch recipes...but I still enjoy my cup of Darjeeling tea in the afternoon.     Can u pls adv what brand of Jaggary is good for you? I read that it can cause Parasitic infections if u don't use a good quality.

    Lovely thoughts Ma'am. Your vds have been my inspiration. Not to wait for the new tear 2020, my husband and me have stopped taking coffee & tea from Diwali day 28th October 19. Now we have no cravings for coffee or tea. We have changed our food habits too. Rice n sugar a big no no. Reduced salt in our curries. Yr adv we have taken n shifted to pink himalayan salt. Our food is mostly millets n jowar roties. Refined oil also a big no no. Would like to thank you a ton. U are a true inspiration for me Ma'am. With loads of love & a lovely New Year 2020❤🙏

    Lovely talk.....yes i too got over tea habits ....now i drink about 10 glasses water before breakfast.....i have reduced a lot....and no gastric problems.....love my life a lot more now

    Well said ma'am.. I can totally relate to this.. I am a coffee lover, and I too used to have tea or coffee early in the morning..but after seeing your videos, I started to avoid them and drink you turmeric tea/cinnamon tea.. and I used to have coffee/tea in the evening.. now for the past 1½ years I haven't had tea.. from the starting of this year, I am reducing my coffee intake as well.. still I drink coffee, but only when I really need it.. like you said, I too don't like the sugary taste in my coffee when I drink it from my relatives' place.. thanks again for your motivating words 😇 much love ❤️

    Awesome video. We gave up Tea and Coffee when we ran out by not buying it anymore. A bit brute force , but it worked for me and my better half. It always is a matter of time, mind is very powerful it gets adapted to new things but we should give it time to settle down. Thanks for sharing your journey.

    I work till 12am . come home around 12:45am, take shower and 1.30am I have pray , sleeping around 2am daily,

    From a very long time I have been trying to control my weight but 2 months ago I decided strongly and started eating natural food..luckily one day I found your video in my news feed and for lunch I have been making your millet dosa receipies..your videos and suggestions helped me alot in my weight loss journey..happy to share that I have shredded those extra kilos by making small changes in my lifestyle..I am happy now and would like to continue this routine..I totally agree that early to bed and early to rise policy makes alot of positive difference in life..

    I don't drink tea or coffee, but drink lots of water just after waking up. Only if I catch cold I enjoy lemon ginger tea with jaggery and tulsi. Yum!yum!😊😋
