Not a review, lots of unanswered questions like. Is heavy, could we see it in action? What does look like connected up, is it noisy? A demonstration would be good. I got everything you say from a picture, nice box.
Hi And a big thank you for watching Lets Talk Tech (Gardening Tech Edition) Sadly due to myself being very poorly at the time of the review, I was unable to use any of the video clips that I'd taken of the hedge cutting in use/action due to my very bad cough) Also since this video was taken a while ago, I have now given the hedge cutter away to one of my subscribers, so sadly unable to update this video for you with it in use. I can however say that it was very lightweight and it did do a great job, especially for its cheap price and I would happily recommend it on that basis. I will be doing more reviews on battery-powered gardening tools (in more detail) at the start of spring 2025 as there will be a wider range now that far more manufacturers are moving towards the battery machinery side of things now Thank you so much for your comment and support and sorry that the review wasn't as good as it should have been. Many thanks Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
nice video. i contacted toolstation and they said the bauker batteries are discontinued. i bought a 18v hawksmoor strimmer in 2021 and the bauker battery died so i need a like for like replacement so thanks for the info on the alernatives. toolstation are selling a new battery to fit the more recent hawksmoor tools though. they are different to the older bauker batteries and will not fit either the older hawksmoor range or the charger that came with the tool.
Hi Thanks for watching Lets Talk Tech I'm glad that my video helped you decide on buying one, they are fantastic especially for there low price Again thank you for watching and supporting my channel Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
Hi And many thanks for watching and supporting my channel. May I ask, what do you mean about run through the assembly, please , just so I can be more precise and detailed Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
Hi The extension pole is already integrated, and just extends out (a pipe that's inside a pipe - a bit like some Hoover pipes) and then you just lock it into place after you reach the length that you need. Very easy to use and space-saving. It's a brilliant hedge cutter and very worth the money. Again thank you for watching, commenting and supporting my channel, very much appreciated Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
@bigwoody660 Your very welcome ... and just a small suggestion before you use the hedge cutter and after spray the blades with some WD40 or some kind of oil, just so they stay nice and free. If you need anymore info please ask Kind regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
Hi And a big thank you for watching my channel, Let's Talk Tech. I'm glad that the video helped you decide on buying one The one that I'd reviewed, is now being used by my friend who owns and runs a gardening company and he's stated that it's still running as strong as when he first borrowed it from me (he does about 3 small to medium size hedges a day) and plans on buying a few for himself, so that in its self is proof in the pudding I'll possibly be doing more Garden Tech on my new dedicated Gardening channel soon (@GardenXiety) but I will include tests and updates on Lets Talk Tech as well. Again, thank you for watching my channel 😀
Hi And thank you for watching Lets Talk Tech Sadly I won't be selling this anytime soon, unless I find a better one that is. No doubt come springtime I'll be doing more reviews on garden machinery like this, so there, maybe something better for you to buy. Again thanks for watching and supporting my channel Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
Lol, I'll wait, the Hawksmoor range that uses that specific battery has been phased out, and Im not a fan of the current tools, even though the batteries offer the ability to know how much power is left, unfortunately the neck on mine broke, so I have a tool I can't use, also the batteries and chargers are also hard to source for that particular model, so I'm trying every avenue I can to get those pieces together again, in any case enjoy a great tool!
Hi Thanks for the comment I've just watched the video back myself for sound quality and yes the sound is a little distant but still listenable As this was one of my early videos, I do now use professional microphones, so hopefully, all future videos will be crystal clear Thank you for your feedback, very much appreciated along with your valued support to my channel Kindest regards Lucas @lets-talk-tech-uk
