Second question what is the best annunciator for an EST Fire shield plus panel. I really like the notifier or new fire lite annunciator but I don't know if they'll be the best for my panel.
You cannot use annunciators from other brands... you can only use the annunciator(s) designed for it. Look at the panel's data sheet and find the list of compatible annunciators.
Hey New Age Server Alarm, I have two questions for you if you could answer them. I have a Wheelock MT 4 that runs on 120 volts AC. I tried it with my panel and it was so quiet I had to put my ear up to it to hear it. I know it's not the alarm, because I unplugged the panel and ran it on batteries and it didn't work. Is there an external module, converter, or transformer that I need?
Before you blow up something, stop now, and go learn about electricity, voltage ratings, current draw, device compatibility, and how not to be a dumbass with an expensive fire alarm panel.

You're trying to run a 120 VAC device on a panel that puts out 24 VDC. THIS WILL EVENTUALLY FRY YOUR PANEL.
