I have a brio 2000 installed on my garden irrigation system. Since I was having trouble with my watering cycles (brio showed error after the first watering cycle was completed and it would not start the pump on the next watering cycle to prevent the pump from running without water and getting damaged) I contacted Omar and he was the kindest person ever! He understood the problem I was dealing with and promptly suggested I should lower the pressure on brio. After I did that (a 2 minute task), my irrigation system works as scheduled, the Brio shows no errors so far after 48 hours of adjusting it and I am so happy I managed to resolve this issue so quickly!
